Once the estimate was in the work went smoothly. There is nothing we would have done differently. We plan on calling upon them soon for some work in our basement and have given their name to relatives who are moving into a new house and need some work done.

They took an old antique fireplace and built a mounting for it. They have done a couple of jobs for us. They were absolutely great and very competitively priced. They did a really nice job. I'm convinced of their quality because of the work that they did. They were meticulous. Simon is the principal person who works with a person named Aime, who is a master woodworker. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

After 5 years, my deck looked really weathered. It had never been washed nor stained. There was an area on the deck floor where a mat was placed underneath a grill and that area looked as new as the deck did when it was installed 5 years ago. One summer day, I saw Otto Home Improvement painting the exterior of a neighbor's home and I decided to approach them about giving me an estimate to power wash and stain my deck. Upon entering my home to give me an estimate, they were very conscientious about my wood floors taking the initiative to remove their shoes. I received an estimate that I thought was very reasonable, so I decided to give them a try. I didn't have to be home when they powerwashed my deck which was convenient since it was a weekday and I had to work. When they returned a couple of days later to stain my deck, they used drop cloths from the entrance of the garage up the stairs and to the deck off the kitchen. They were very detailed oriented while performing their work. I was very pleased with their work. They cleaned up behind themselves, too. When they finished you couldn't tell where the mat had been previously. My entire deck looks brand new again. I plan to use Otto Home Improvement for future home improvement projects.
