National Tire And Battery

I wasn't involved with the purchase. It was my step son, and he doesn't know how to negotiate. I would have pulled out the old receipt the week before, and you would think they would charge the same as last week. He is eighteen years old, and you don't go sign it. You ask what this for, and what that is for. Its not his money. They are very prompt and responsive. They are my preferred vendor. They are the closest. Its all just tires.

They have been the worse. They have shops all over town. I complained to their management. They claimed they did it, but never did. I have a warranty and they didn't do the work on the car that they promised. They didn't do the service. If I was buying tires, I would go there. I would be hesitant to go back to NTB after so many experiences that were negative. They don't care.

These guys are great.  The service is as good as can be expected for a busy shop.  They do not lie about wait times.  Quality is well above average, prices are fair, and the staff is respectable.  I would definitely use them again.

I come to NTB because they are the only people that have the size tires for my specialty car (Yukon Denali). 
The cost of the tires is significantly higher than online sources tell me it should be. When I asked NTB to change a burned out tail light, they quoted me $1.99 for the part, and $30 for the labor (it takes about two minutes); my former tire provider used to change lightbulbs for me for free. With me as the only customer in the shop--and with multiple workers available--I had to wait nearly five hours for my simple services.
In the future I will attempt to purchase my tires for nearly anywhere except for here.

We took our car to NTB because the brakes were making a strange noise. They ended up changing the shocks. When we drove the car home, it was still making the noise. We took the car to the dealership and they immediately found that a caliper bolt had come loose and actually fell out. NTB didn't catch this and they charged us for shocks we didn't need.
