Small mix up in scheduled time of arrival . Brian was very courteous and friendly . Kitchen install was very difficult due to rusted pipes and calcified washers. Even faced with tight spaces and very difficult rust, Brian persevered with out cursing or quitting . Thus showing great professionalism . The up stairs bath was similar in install , but all work was done in a timely manner which was a concern of the installer. He would explain that due to faulty original installation ( which he showed me first) why the job would take the time estimated before he began. Nice touch.

Management suggested having second man arrive for about a half hour to assist in lifting two large framed pieces. Work was scheduled for 9:00 am. First worker arrived at 7:50 and second arrived at 8:30. First worker installed hook, then remained for entire time, briefly assisting second (more skilled) worker hang the large pieces, otherwise talking and watching the entire time. In short we ending up paying for two handymen when only one did all the work, at a cost of well over $500. We politely brought this to the company’s attention. The phone representative agreed regarding the original plan, but we have heard nothing further. In our estimation, the first worker was not capable or equipped to do the job and we ended up paying for him to hang around while the work was done by his colleague. The final cost was outrageous and lack of response very disappointing to say the least.

The original person they sent seem inexperienced. When I contacted the office about the issues with the work, the owner himself came right out. He was able to fix the toilet himself, but he did send another person later to fix the other things who did a really great job.The owner was so accommodating and eager to make sure I was satisfied.They were very responsive and I appreciated him coming out personally to rectify the problems.

He gave me a quote early on for the work, the process was good. $160 dollars for first hour then additional rate for every 15 minutes. Customer service was good as well. The rate was a little on the higher side ( member DID use this service provider for the work).

They were pretty good I had work completed around the house. He had a person available right away, very responsive and gave me a quote early on, the process was good.The person that was sent was pretty good & his work was pretty good. The only negatives are the cost/rate was a little on the higher side.You just got to watch the time because a charge every 15 minutes after the first hour of $160 dollars. The charge time includes the setup/breaks things like that. You just have to watch to make sure they are working so you get what you are paying for. Quality of work was good & Customer service was good.

All that I remember is that we were happy with the work, I just don't remember what. I kept their number because I would use them again, I just don't recall what we had them do. I remember they were good and we liked them, so we kept their number. The price was good also. I've got their number, I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Handyman returned my request for a quote within a few hours, and then had someone at my home in the next 15 minutes. Jose was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly, and had the job done within about 20 minutes. He even spackled over the holes in the wall where I had tried and failed to do the job myself earlier.
