I left a message and my call was returned the following week. We set an appointment but it was a no-show. No courtesy call to apologize or reschedule.

Bruce made an appointment with us for the same week we called, and arrived at the scheduled time. His initial verbal quote was more than we wanted to spend, so we decided to re-think the project scope (and check out other bids). Well, it took us over a month to pin down the revised scope, and compare bids. Bruce was patient with us throughout the process, and didn't pressure us. He worked with us on a design that would fit into our budget. By the time we were ready to sign a contract, it was mid-November and we were about to go out of town for 10 days. Bruce came by that night to sign the contract, and did the whole project during the week we were gone (Thanksgiving week!). When we came back it was like one of those TV landscaping show reveals. Wow! Even so, I wanted a few minor adjustments (more mulch!). Bruce had someone come out the next day to take care of everything, at no additional charge. We're absolutely delighted with our new landscaping!
