Service was very good, delivered as promised. They did a nice job to find a solution that avoided replacing the entire exhaust pipe since part of the problem was that the exhaust flange had failed due to rust.

Our 2001 Dodge Durango all of a sudden started sounded like a race car wannabe. Muffler was rusted out and the pipe was not looking good either. Checked out some web-sites, including Angies List and called several places. Right off the bat felt most comfortable over the phone with Meineke. Called them on a Saturday morning, went over and they identified the problem, had all the needed parts and they were professional and prompt. Services start to finish - maybe and hour or so. Facilities were adequate and clean. Good experience and would use them again.

I have been taking my cars to Meineke in Germantown for 20 years. Any service that they will perform on my car, I take it there rather than anywhere else. The place doesn't look like much, but don't let that concern you. The people are always friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping. I always hate to go to auto repair places, being a woman, because many times they patronize me and treat me like I am stupid. You won't get that at Meineke. They are respectful and treat people in the way they would want to be treated. Also, they won't rip you off. Many times, I have had the dealership recommend services (one time to the tune of $750+) only to take it immediately to Meineke and have them tell me there is nothing wrong, or charge me close to half the amount.
