 + 0 moreHe was wonderful. He is a man who can fix everything. He knows how to do flooring, plumbing, electric work, painting, roofing. He totally knows everything and he is trustworthy. He is fabulous. His English is not good but he understands better than he speaks. I had him for years. You don't have to be at home. He is very reliable. All my friends use him now so he is in the neighborhood a lot and he comes by to make sure that everything is okay. He is completely competent and totally honest.
Description of Work: Mr. Manuel Sanchez of M&R Construction replaced the roof and did piping work in the garden for watering. He comes to make sure the generator is functioning properly because he was the one who put in the generator.
