Mr Kashany arrived on time, examined the work to be done and explained in detail what he could (and could not) do.  He was very professional and has great attention to detail.  He was very careful about moving the furntiure when necessary.  THe rugs came back in the time he estimated and were cleaned very well.  I definitiely will use Kashan Carpet care for all future carpet and rug cleaning.
