I cannot say enough about Luis! He was on time, very kind, and got a lot of spots out of my carpet that I did not think would ever come out. I needed the carpet cleaned so that our main living area looked a little nicer for my daughter's birthday party. I left Luis to handle things and when I came downstairs I was amazed! The carpets were a little damp after he finished, but nothing like what we've experienced before with other companies. I'm sure the carpets will be dry in a few hours the way they feel now. If anyone I know needs a carpet cleaned I'm pointing them to Luis I'm going to put his number in my cell phone, so I have it on hand at all times just in case. Thank you so much Luis!!!

Luis arrived right on time and explained what he was going to do and how it all works.  He arrived at 8:45 am and finished around 12:30 pm so he spent a lot of time on the work, far more than I expected.  The bedroom carpets had a lot of stains on them so it took him longer than usual to get them cleaned. I don't remember everything he did but it included pre-treating all the stains, steam cleaning the carpets, then using a powerful machine to get it all cleaned. 
The deal I purchased was only $110 for 300 square feet.  Even though the bedrooms and the common area was more than 300 square feet, he did not charge anything extra for it.  He also did a long flight of steps and charged $45 for that, which I think is very reasonable. 
He even carried a very heavy TV from the second floor bedroom at no charge into my car so that I could donate it.
The entire service was top notch and the best carpet cleaning we have ever had done for much less money than other companies in the past.  I would highly recommend his service to everyone.

Luis was on time, even though he came from Germantown. MD, to Arlington, VA in the morning. He was friendly and professional, and explained what he was going to do and why, which gave me confidence. He set up and went to work efficiently, and the carpet -- a white rug in our dining room -- looked brand new when he was done. I highly recommend his service and have already told two friends to call him if they need their rugs or carpets cleaned.

Great job! I was worried by the grime and spots on the carpet, but they got them out no problem. The carpet looked like new. I had this done to clean my apartment on move out, and the manager who inspected the apartment said he had never seen on so clean, and that if it was him, he would be ready to move in as it was. Great job by these guys and highly recommended.

        I've used this company for 14 years. They are the best by far!!   JR first treats any spots or problem areas.  They then do a quick steaming to wet down the area.  Next, the shampoo solution is applied and the shampoo process is done with a large rotary brush shampoo machine  Then they do a CLEAR WATER  steam rinse.  It thoroughly removes the dirt and shampoo.  Finally they extract extract extract to remove as much water as possible.  Carpeting dries quickly because they extract so thoroughly.  During the last cleaning, I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the stairs.



        On occasion I've used another company but they are in and out of here way too fast.  The carpeting is always wet because they don't extract very well.  And, it gets dirty quickly again because they don't get all the shampoo out. 



          JR pays attention to details, never rushes and makes sure each step is performed completely and perfectly.

I definitely recommend JR Hadley!  I was very pleased with the service I received (scheduling, responsiveness, etc.) and I was thrilled with the results of their work.  My 50 pound dog had soiled the carpet numerous times and the carpet showed quite a few stains as well as having a strong pet smell/musty odor, despite my efforts to clean the stains/smells.    Ever since JR Hadley performed the shampoo and sanitizing, there aren't any stains on the carpet and the room smells fresh.  I was extremely pleased that they were able to remove all traces of my dog's numerous accidents and even happier with the fresh smell left in the room.  The treatment didn't leave a perfume-y scent or chemical smell but rather an absence of any smell, which I definitely prefer because it seems truly clean rather than as though it's trying to cover a smell.  
When they arrived to perform the service, they were pleasant, friendly, and professional.  They covered their path to the carpet with towels to protect the wood floor, measured the work area, and got right to work.  We had left two pieces of furniture in the room and they happily worked around one (and made sure to get underneath it) and moved the other as they worked, making sure that they didn't miss any of the carpet.  
I've had the carpet cleaned by other, bigger companies and they just don't compare with JR Hadley, which seems like a business that genuinely cares about its clients.  It is obvious that the JR Hadley employees value their customers' opinions and strive to do their best.  They take the time to make sure they do a great job, rather than rushing from job to job as fast as possible, which is how some of the bigger companies seem to work.  They scheduled the work quickly and according to my schedule, notified me that they would be a little bit earlier than planned, and took their time making sure the carpet was spotless.

Luis was great to work with. Punctual and diligent, he did an excellent job. He worked h****** getting out stains we had on our carpet and did a very thorough job. He is a straight shooter and I appreciate the work he did.

Mr Hadley was wonderful to work with.  He provided excellent detail about how his carpet cleaning techniques were superior to other methods.  He took most of the day to clean our stairs and upstairs rooms (hall and 3 large bedrooms).  Don't let the time it took fool you.  It's a three step process beginning with hot steam agitation, shampoo, and clean water rinse; leaving the carpets spotless and free from residual soap.  We were very pleased and will definitely use him again!

I could not say enough on how much I would recommend this company.   They were quick to respond.  Made appointment quickly and was prompt for the appointment.   I would not of believed how clean they were able to clean the carpet after the "mess" my dog made unless I saw it myself.  I will not hesitate to contact them again!   They also did not charge me any additional fee for the other cleaning solutions used in order to clean the entire stain.  When I have used OTHER companies there were always hidden charges to clean up the dog mess.  NO hidden charges with this company.

Contacted JR Imperial Carpet Cleaning in mid-June and left a message with answering service.  Luis returned my call in a couple hours and gave me a list of days for which they were available.  He also honored the deal for $105 for less than 350 square feet.  I requested that they contact me 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival and I'd meet them at the house.  They were running a little late from a previous job, but called me in advance and let me know when they'd be arriving.  Everything worked out and they got to work on my newly purchased home with dirty carpets upstairs.  Their three-step steam clean, rotary brush, rinse takes longer than other carpet cleaners, but gave me then sense of a more thorough cleaning.  The process took approximately 3 hours.  J.R. and Luis were both friendly and pleasant.  They worked to remove some stubborn stains that were terrible spots.  They did a commendable job of trying to get them out or at least diminishing their appearance.  
I was pleased with the carpet cleaning and had requested a quote to clean the basement carpet at a later date.  My plans changed and I needed the basement carpet cleaned sooner than expected.  I called on a Thursday and Luis was able to get me scheduled for a Monday morning.  J.R. and Luis arrived on time, calling before arrival and cleaned the basement for the previously quoted price.  All around a responsive and easy carpet cleaning experience.

After dealing with a "No Show" from DC Top Carpet Cleaning, I went on a mission to find same day service, since I had already moved all my furniture.  After some phone calls, I was lucky to find Luis Pedron from JR Hadley Carpet Cleaning.  He was super nice and professional and did an incredible job.  From years of wear and tear and children, I wanted to get new carpets.  My husband convinced me to use a professional cleaning service and after Luis worked his magic, my carpets look brand new again.  I would highly recommend this company to all family & friends. 

I scheduled an appointment for next day service with Luis. He told me he would call a half hour before arriving and sure enough he did. Luis was very thorough and explained all the different options for cleaning. He was honest about the possibility that steam cleaning alone may not remove the stain which was more to do with the food colouring in the dogs food than anything else. After steam cleaning and some other magic treatments the stain is 99% gone. I couldn't have hoped for anything better. A good price and fantastic service. I have already scheduled cleaning for the carpets in the rest of the house.

They arrived later than they said they would but more than made up for it. This was my first time doing a shampoo and steam cleaning and it was very refreshing to see the work that went into ensuring a job well done. They were two older gentlemen and the results were outstanding. I will definitely be using them again.

I messaged 3 different companies, and they were on time, they did a thorough job,  they took a long time doing the job, but they had excellent results. The price was much better, because I felt they were superior than any other company. They stuck to the quote, they were professional, and efficient. The carpet looked new, although it was 10 years old. They didn't have time to do upholstery. They have a minimum sq feet to come out. It is a small company.
