Great! Jonathan was terrific to work with. Dutch, my dog, was a good student of course but they were very patient and taught me what I needed to know to help Dutch understand the "limits" of his new yard. I would gladly work with them again and would highly recommend them.

Could not be happier. The whole process was super easy, and we were able to do the indoor installation on the same day as the first consultation. Everyone was very professional, and what's more, everyone was very helpful... From the original meeting to the final training class, I felt like I was with knowledgeable people who understood dog behavior, and had the experience to back up any suggestions and advice. We were at our wits end with our new puppy, and this investment insured she would continue to have a loving home ;-). Just kidding.... Well, mostly kidding...

Installation team was on time, very friendly and did a good quality job. Price was very reasonable. Everyone was pleasant to deal with (office, sales & installation staff. ).

Great. They were here for about 5 hours installing the fence. We have a lot of stones and trees in our yard and they worked very hard to hand bury much of the fence to give our dog use of as much of the lawn as possible. He had been previously trained on our parents fence so he didn't need much training but the sessions they provided were helpful. Our driveway looks great where they had to cut into it and the unit they installed in the garage looks very professional and finished. We were very impressed with them and would recommend them to friends and family.

I see that this provider only receives As, so I guess I am going to be the exception.
We had an invisible fence at our home.  We got a new dog, and had to get the lines repaired (after landscaping) and dog training.  We had an old system.  On the second visit, the trainer came out and recommended that we get the new, lighter, micro collar.  I asked how much.  He told me $500.  I went and got my wife, she asked how much, and the trainer said $500.  We said no thanks.  A few days later another trainer came out, and also recommended that we upgrade.  I asked how much, and she said between $200 and $250.   I asked her to double check, she called the main office, and told me it was $199 plus tax.  I said sure.  I just now called corporate headquarters to query about the price discrepancy.  Their agent told me that it was $500 if I upgraded the entire system, collar, panel, and so on.  But $199 if I just upgraded the collar  The agent suggested that I probably did not understand what the trainer was telling me.  I know what I heard.  And I know that the trainer did not tell me that there was a lower cost option.  So, let this be a notice to all those who wonder about upgrading. 
Also, we had our first invisible fence when we lived in Minnesota.  The training involved three visits, with the trainer spending a fair bit of quality time with the dog (about 30-60 minutes each time).  From this service provider, the "training" essentially represented the trainer showing me what I needed to do, which took about 5 minutes.  The third visit we got a really professional trainer, who clearly knew her stuff and cared about the training, and spent time with the dog.  More what I expected.

The initial consulation was good. They did a good job explaining how the system works and what was involved in the follow-up training for me to do on my own to help train. The owner actually came back and followed up with us in person, to make sure that we were comfortble with it. The installer was great. He was punctual. He did good work and worked with us to answer of our last minute questions and what the best way was to do the initial training of the dog. It was successful. The dog is now trained to stay in the yard. We had an issue with the battery, but they came out promptly and exchanged it for us. There were no issues. Overall, we're pretty satisfied with them.

Easy process from initial estimate to installation.  Both were timely and professional.

Darius was prompt, polite and knowlegeable. Showed, met him at our house to do inside training.

Everything went superbly! Darius was wonderful. The work was done efficiently and his explanation of the system and training the dogs was excellent.

Fun to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable.
