About us
Here at Infinity we take every move from small to large serious. Customer care is our priority and your belongings mean the world. We have created strategic methods to insure that every move goes by smoothly. All glass furniture is packaged with blankets, as well as mirror or picture cartons so that it can arrive safely to its destination. All furniture is completely wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped to insure stability and coverage. China and decorations are packed in special durable dish pack boxes to insure safety and sturdiness. Pianos can be taken apart if need be as well as wrapped with blankets and shrink wrapped for safety. Junk removal gets taken care of swiftly with careful consideration of anything that can be salvaged so that it can be taken to a donation center for reuse.

Excellent team and customer service. They hustled and worked hard the entire time. We were a little behind in packing and they helped with dissembling furniture, wrapping and protecting, and even packing a few boxes for us. We moved into a new home and also had to drop things off at a storage unit, and they handled it all seamlessly. Great experience overall and they were within 1 hour of the original estimate even with all the extra work they had to do. Will be using them again in the future, and definitely will recommend them. The team: Luis, Ricardo, Rolando, Darwin, and Noe did a great job and were super friendly with the whole family, and took excellent care of everything they moved. Thanks Infinity for taking such good care of us!

Infinity arrived on time. They prepared sofaâ s and hardwood furniture for transportation by using wide plastic wrap so the items were protected. They delivered items to our home, to our neighbors, then took items to a charity donation center. The price was great. The service was even better.

I was contacted very promptly (almost instantly) by an agent and arranged the removal of a sleeper sofa within my timeframe. Movers (2) arrived on time and removed the item quite carefully. I gave 5 stars initially but I found a chip on my door frame afterwards. The movers wore company t-shirt; they should better have but did not have protective shoe covers - I provided them disposable shoe covers.

Out of the top-rated moving companies that I looked at, only Infinity thought to provide an in-home consultation. Meeting Isaac instilled confidence that this company would do a good job, and they did indeed. Our job involved not only packing and moving but also hauling and donating at two different residences. There was also a side trip to bring furniture to a different state. The scope kept evolving, and Infinity was accommodating and never failed to deliver. Isaac also was careful to keep the costs in check. He even provided a list of the items that were donated, for our tax purposes. The workers were diligent, sincere and unfailingly courteous. Our fragile crystal goblets that they packed arrived completely intact. Our antiques arrived without a scratch. In summary, I would recommend Infinity Movers for any moving/hauling job.

My realtor recommended Infinity and I obtained a quote 4 months prior to our move. Their pricing was competitive but I went with another provider because of a prior relationship. About 3 weeks prior to the move, it became apparent that we were going to have problems with the other company. I called Infinity and they were able to schedule our move - AND agreed to hold their prior pricing in the midst of inflation and rising gas prices. They moved us 1300 miles across country and could not have done a better job! The crew was fantastic on both ends of the move, busted their tails and took great care will all of our belongings. Highly recommend their services!

I hired them to remove a variety of things I did not intend to move across the country. They were available on short notice. Showed up with everything they needed to remove the items. They were friendly and helpful. I would recommend for big or small jobs.

It took them 25 minutes to take my stuff, then they told me they will charge for an hour that includes going to dump site, not fair, by that time you have no choice.

We did in fact take 25 minutes to finish the in-home job which you are correct about, but that excludes the time it took to get to the residence which is charged including the time we take to also through away any trash around a 1 to 2 hour period. With all the respect we owe you, we would like you to review the comment you left us, considering all of the above in a positive way for our company. Our prices are for a minimum of 2 hours at $90, for two people and the truck, and we only charged you one hour. Thank you very much and have a great day. I am Mrs.(consumer name withheld per their request) and today is 3/20/2020. I requested hauling service to throw away unnecessary property in my XXXXX Terrace Lane XXXXXX, Maryland XXXXX townhouse on 2/6/2020 to prepare for selling our townhouse and to move to a different location and townhouse. They had two workers and arrived prompt, gave prompt schedule, but gave a different amount to me on the phone when I scheduled and after completing loading to their truck, they changed to higher amount and had to pay the higher amount because already done. And I needed hauling service prompt.
