In addition to not completing the work, they are now charging my credit card for work they haven't done. They haven't done the last two cleanings (first they never called to schedule the cleaning, then they never showed for the cleaning they had scheduled). They have, however, charged me for both cleanings and won't call me back, much less refund the money they have stolen. This is the worst experience I've had with a service company of any sort. I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your cleaning services. If you do choose to give them a shot, do not give them your credit card information.

I hated this company. They overcharged me, I have a small studio and they charged several hundred dollars to clean it. I asked them to not use anything scented and when I entered my apt. it smelled like a bordello from the scent they used. They did not adequately clean my place, there was dust everywhere and the floors were still dirty, I wiped up the floor with a clean wet paper towel to see if the floor was clean and the paper towel was black. When I asked them not to move my stuff or to put my stuff back where they found it, they were not accommodating to this.

She was extremely professional, on time, prepared. I found them to be a little pricey. They do a thorough cleaning before they will set up regular cleaning. The deep clean would be $105 per hour and our home would take 6 hours.

THE CREW IS VERY COURTEOUS, AND THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB. THE CREW IS VERY HONEST. NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN TAKEN FROM THE HOUSE. DEE, THE OWNER, IS VERY RECEPTIVE TO REQUESTS OR COMMENTS.
