However, the quality and craftmanship of his work is top notch. ALONE, he was able to install 5 sun tunnels into our home beautifully and meticulously. He verified with me every location of the lights, and also was very clean (laid blankets and cleaned up his space). I didn't even have to do any post-work cleaning. He also went above and beyond by pointing out issues in our chimney (that could have been potentially worse) and giving tips and suggestions as new home buyers. We trust his expertise. In fact, I see us calling him again to verify what other companies say or if we have issues with the house...I would totally pay him to be our honest contractor to give us the right 411.
Ron is a reliable guy to check issues in your home and give you honest solutions. Quality is great. Punctuality really missed the mark for us, but Ron was really apologetic and acknowledged it so we appreciate that. You will need to be prepared to really set a realistic time frame on your projects and be flexible to the proposed start/end times (especially if you are the type of family who likes to be home while the work is done).
