It was great. Exceptional, on time, did what they said what they were gonna do if not more.

Appointments were timely and work with completed within target date. We would definitely rehire this company to complete more jobs. We found the contractors to be extra helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, meticulous, trustworthy and punctual. Quote wasn't the highest or lowest, but we feel confident that it was a fair price for excellent work.

Tommy and Brendan arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and courteous, cleaning up after each day, not leaving a mess in my home. They helped me select a stain color by putting down samples on the floor. The floors looks spectacular- Flaherty Floors is 5 Star

The estimate was very good (at the lower end of others I received), the instructions were clear, the team was timely, respectful and completed the work in anticipated amount of time and the floors are beautiful.

Mr Flaherty came to do the estimate, explained what he thought would be the best for our floors. He answered all our questions and we knew exactly what to expect for the 5 days. He was there everyday to do and to supervise the work.  They removed the furniture and replaced it as well.  The crew were very careful about the dust, putting ceiling to floor plastic to protect other areas. The first day was the most work and most of the sanding. Then for several days they came in the morning to re-coat the floor with polyurethane. It dried enough by night to be  able to go up to the second floor. In the course of the work, we became friends and had lively discussions.  The results are magnificent. The floors (white oak and some red oak, 30-40 yrs old) are beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend this business.
