In all the contractors I've hired, this one was the best; I'd hire them again and not have any worries. The owner, Cleber, masterfully conceived the design. One project manager and a core, 3-man crew executed it promptly over a sultry, three-day period. When the time came to install the water feature, several additional crew members, adept at the mechanics of the pump, came to the job site to provide their service. The original crew made several trips to the quarry to ensure that the display had the proper size and number of boulders. After the rain stopped, but before they left for good, they repaired all the collateral damage they could. Any home owner would incur these instances during a major project, e.g., turf damage, mud holes. I would note two things: 1. Don't fall too much in love with their 3D rendering; my 3D drawing had two "water falls" (two dry ponds) when in reality, there was one fall of water with a series of cascading rocks. 2. Not all "collateral damage" is fixable. For example: they cut back, quite severely an existing, nearby plant. Just be mindful of this; maybe even be proactive and tie them back and open up the access, yourself.

We have been using Extra Care Services for the past 2 years or so.  We have been very satisfied with their work, and attention to our particular needs.

We called Extra Care three years ago after bouncing from one lawn service to another. Extra Care has impressed us by their diligence in keeping their appointments and responding promptly to calls/emails. The owners, Evan and Adeli, are courteous and professional, providing detailed estimates without trying to pressure us to agree to more.  In the last two years, we've come to rely on them for even more yard work, from mulching to weeding, and this year tree pruning and removal. The owners go the distance, even coming out on Sunday on their own to finish up the job.
