Paul Laguna/Eco Home Air was very responsive in the bidding process, proposing a solid approach and submitting a clear, detailed bid. He was impressive in developing quickly a technical solution and the most competitive bid. Extensive and complicated duct work on the first floor was worrisome for all and was evidently the reason why two bidders dropped out.
Paul and his people accomplished a heavy workload over several weeks with sweat and professionalism. They worked well with my builder and his people. Paul was creative with solutions such as lining and covering a wall area between joists with ducting material to save us from an awkward bump-out. During the summer season, Eco Home Air was very busy, but Paul managed to stay apace or ahead of my builder's schedule.
We have tested both the heating and air conditioning systems since the late summer of 2011 and are fully satisfied with overall comfort, even temperatures, flexibility (we have three zones) ease of operation and very low noise level. in the fall, guests in an upstairs bedroom noted periodic, annoying noise in the heating cycle, Paul came out and quickly noted a problem in the slope of the attic exhaust piping (likely caused by roofers who followed Paul) and fixed it without delay. He came out again in April to check the system for the summer season. We are pleased to have a reliable and responsive professional backing up our new HVAC systems.
