complete renovation of master bathroom.... involved  project management and skilled trades, of plumbers, electricians, carpentry, tiler etc.  This project took way to long to complete  started end of October 2014  completed in March 2015....   The skilled trademen were wonderful but the overall management G/C was unresponsive and lacking. Preparation before demo was poor,  cleanup during project was poor. I came home nightly to supply boxes left in house, dust everywhere, and  problems with contract payment schedule, Contractor wanted different payment schedule.  Shower install a problem.Left job before items on punch list completed.

They did a great job installing the tile and it looks beautiful.  I did need to have them come back to address a few minor items, and they took care of everything to my satisfaction.

Creative Concepts Remodeling Inc did a great job. They are very punctual and responsive. They came on time for our initial consultation and gave us a very competitive estimate.

Once the work started a few months later (we requested the later start date for the work), we were kept apprised of any potential issues that could affect the remodeling. Because it is an older house, there were some unforeseen issues --Steve Klitsch gave us options (with pricing) to address these problems so we could make informed decisions.

Creative Concepts Remodeling, Inc is very responsive. The tiling store delivered the wrong tiles for one of the bathrooms and Steve went to the store to have the problem resolved.

The only negative was the plumber that they used. The plumber had to come back a few times to resolve some issues that should have been done the first time around.

But overall, the bathrooms look and function great, as well as the recessed lighting. We've gotten compliments on the work that was done.

They were very good. There were two of them, the owner and his very good assistant. They were very professional and knew where to go and what not to do to get the cost down.

Steve and his guys do the job right, and when I had problem they took full responsibility and fixed it. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Steve and Roberto are amazing. They volunteered to pick up lighting fixtures in advance so that my husband could match the lights they were installing with an unrelated light that he had to install... they dropped this off in plenty of time for my husband to finish his separate project prior to the kitchen work. Steve provided guidance on where we could find vent covers and outlet wall plate covers that would match the final kitchen. Additionally, Steve offered to take our old appliances/cabinets to Habitat for Humanity for us and collect a receipt for the donation! The timeline has not slipped, they are on time every day and they don't even mind when the pup barks at them during their visits to the house. As an amazing surprise, they even hired someone to wipe down the walls in the adjoining rooms, vacuum the carpets and clean the bathroom when they were 2/3 of the way done (as you can imagine, the project generated lots of dust...I was prepared for that, but I was not at all expecting them to clean up mid-task!) The project is scheduled to be completed on Friday and I will update the list if there are problems, but I am not expecting there to be any based on his performance to date.

It was a very complex task, and they did an exceptional job. I haven't seen their level of perfectionism for a long time, and I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. I was so impressed with them that I am having them come back for a bathroom remodel.
