Can I do zero stars? Raj came to our house to repair our refrigerator/freezer. Apparently he cut his finger in the process, and after he left, I found blood in the freezer, inside the ice maker, in the refrigerator section, on the outside of the refrigerator, on the kitchen counter, and on the kitchen floor. It is totally unacceptable for a service person to leave his bodily fluids inside the appliance that we use for food storage! Then, as we were wiping everything down with Clorox, the ice maker fell off in my wife's hand. We now have to have another service technician - definitely NOT Apple - come out and reinstall it.

Did not show up at agreed time so had to reschedule. Said he was trying to contact me but did not leave a voice message.  The repair man was rude on the phone and when he came to the house, he just walked inside without even introducing himself after I opened the door and bumped me with the box he was holding.  He did not take pictures of the damage and when the manufacturer called to request these, he refused to come back out and take pictures and was extremely rude to her.  He was arrogant and for some reason, even though knowing that the entire microwave would need to be replaced, still replaced the face plate - I guess so he could bill something back to Frigidaire?

Apple Appliance is difficult to reach.  When they do return phone calls, they often leave a message saying when they are sending a technician over.  This is good initiative, but poor planning because their scheduler does not consider when the homeowner will be available.  For instance, Apple Appliance left a voicemail message on my phone saying they were sending a technician over the following morning...while I was vacationing overseas.  They did not bother to consult me to find out if I would be inside the United States, let alone able to meet a technician that morning.  Sure enough, I returned to the US to find several voicemails and notes on my front door from technicians wondering why I wasn't there.
When the technicians had showed up, they were very nice, professional, and helpful.  Well, with the exception of the one time the technician showed up with the wrong part ordered by the company.  Go figure.
I would not recommend Apple Appliance to anyone until they get their act together.

It was wonderful, he went straight to work, had the part, we chatted the whole time....couldn't ask for better. He even helped tighten some hoses that I called myself handling before he'd arrived. Now that's what I call service!!! AHA is a working example of quality service :).

I think it's a little bit pricey but he was friendly.  But I also think he was a little grumpy.  I'll go for an average because those kinds of services are always pricey.  He came out at the same day I called and he on time and that was around 6 in the evening.

Mr Raj is an absolutely fabulous service tech.  He  is prompt, cleans up and does want he says he will do.  Always at a fair price.

Dishwasher was making constant grinding noise.  Called company based on reviews in Angies List and proximity to my home. Technician arrived as scheduled; called when he was close as he said he would.  After a quick listen and look, he said the motor was going and would soon be gone.  He made a quick adjustment and quoted me a price to replace motor.  We set up an appt. for the following week.  After he left, dishwasher was working fine and noise was gone.  So I called to cancel the motor for now and sent him a check for $60.

Our refrigerator was intermittently dispensing water and ice dispenser didn't work at all. They checked it for about a half hour and he said it could be the front panel or something else. He said he'd call back to let us know how much the replacement part is but never did. Our dispenser still works just as before. 

,Please see above. The only way it could have gone smoother is if my dryer never broke (but then I would not have met Raj)!

He ordered the part and came out to fix it. The labor and part were less than his quote. He was straight forward and true to his word.

I liked that he called and showed up at the agreed time. He was very well dressed, very professional.  He did a great job and I would hire him again. Raj was very honest with me about my ability to replace it myself in the future.
