ALTHOUGH WE GREATLY ENJOYED THEIR SHOWROOM, WHERE THEY NICELY PRESENTED MANY STYLES OF SUNROOMS, WE THOUGHT THAT THE SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. WE HAD TROUBLE COMMUNICATING WITH THE COMPANY AND ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT TIME CONVENIENT FOR BOTH OF US. THE WORKMEN COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FLEXIBLE, BUT WERE RELATIVELY UNDERSTANDING. THE PRICE WAS MODERATE, AND THE ACTUAL SUNROOM TURNED OUT FINE. WE WOULD HAVE LIKED BETTER SERVICE, THOUGH.

WE ARE VERY GLAD WE USED THIS COMPANY. WE HAD GOTTEN OTHER ESTIMATES, BUT ALL-AMERICAN'S SEEMED CLOSEST TO WHAT WE WANTED IN TERMS OF EXPECTATIONS AND COST. THEY DID QUALITY WORK, CLEANED UP WELL, AND RETURNED TO FIX A COUPLE OF GLITCHES THAT OCCURRED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
