Wonderful. Mr. Lopez had installed these blinds in 2006 and did a great job. So I called him when I discovered a problem with the shade not opening and closing right after visits by my housekeeper and a window cleaning company. Neither had any knowledge of causing the problem. He came and took a look. Luckily it was a simple adjustment which he did in minutes. Of course, now if it happens again I won't panic, I can fix it myself. After the fix he took time to explain how the blind works, etc. He also checked out some of the other blinds in the house (even some he had not installed) I had a few questions about. A fine professional. He knows his blinds and how they work. These were Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb Shades with Vertiglide. Great for a deck/patio sliding door. The HD customer service rep was also very helpful explaining my warranty and what I should do to fix the blinds. She assured me they were fixable.
