It went very well and took only about 45 minutes.

R Georges repaved our driveway, first removing the broken up section.  They did a great job leveling and edging to existing sidewalk and garage.  They were very efficient and cleaned and removed all debris.  I would definitely recommend them.

We received several estimated and Mr George's was definitely the best.  He didn't know but we moved into our new place 2 months ago and were planning our daughter's first birthday party for that Saturday, we had over 30 guests coming.  He was the only contractor that could get the job done on time.  
He followed up after leaving an estimate for us.  It was great working with a contractor that knew without us telling him what we wanted (extended driveway but not an apron extension).  He came back when it was convenient for us to sign the contract, I really appreciated him going out of his way for us.  
He started the next day and worked from 9-2.  He was there when I got home from work to review the maintenance guidelines and explain what was done.  
He had to to bring up the right side where the extension was and used extra asphalt, he also packed sod down along the edges to the lawn would come up and we wouldnt need a retaining wall.  His attention to detail and determination to do the job right the first time was definitely appreciated.  All of our guests thought it looked great.  We're already enjoying it and will be using Mr George again.

They showed up on time (in fact a little early). The owner was present during the entire job. He did some of the work and supervised his staff (3 other guys) very closely. They performed the work as stated in the contract. They were all very professional. The job looks great and seems solid. I had the driveway re-paved about 15 years ago and this looks and feels like a much better job. The owner's sales pitch is a little strong but look past it- he really seems to know what he is doing. I did some internet research before we got bids. He answered every question I asked and seemed to have the right answer. This was a relatively small job but he treated it like it was a much bigger one.

We contacted R.Georges Paving for a quote on paving our driveway based on very positive ratings on the Angie’s list website.  We were thoroughly pleased with the timeliness and quality of work that Mr. Georges delivered.Mr. Georges called me back and the day after I requested a quote to schedule a time for the estimate.  He showed up exactly on time for the estimate, spent a generous amount of time explaining the paving process.  Mr. Georges then gave us the address of a site that his company was in the process of paving that week.  We visited the site, and were impressed with the quality of the paving job there.Mr. Georges paved about 200 feet of our driveway over a packed gravel base.  He also spread sealer on the turnaround section of the driveway that had been paved several years earlier.  The quality of the paving job surpassed my expectations in every way.  Mr. Georges scheduled the paving job for a week day.  He called me to confirm the day before, and showed up exactly on time for a 9:30 start.  He  arrived with his new looking truck and paving equipment and a crew of about 5 workers.  By noon he had laid a smooth and even driveway 2” to 3” thick with neat and straight edges.  His crew had cut the edge of the existing pavement and tied the pavement into the concrete apron at the street.  All was done quickly, efficiently and resulted in a very smooth and quality job.When the paving was done Mr. George laid down sealant on the existing pavement.  As he finished the day the weather turned very humid, and the drying of the sealant seemed to be going very slowly.  36 hours later  a rain storm washed some of the sealant off of the driveway.  I called Mr. George.  He was not surprised  after the humid weather, and schedule to come the first weather window to fix it.  He showed up on time and re-sealed the entire area.  It now looks great, as well as the entire driveway.It is refreshing to find a  company that stands behind its work and delivers a quality product.  I highly recommend R. Georges Paving.

We called several companies and while his quote was in line with the others, we just got a good feeling from the owner.  He seemed  to really know what he was talking about and was very friendly.  He gave us the estimate in writing on a Wednesday and said he could start the next Monday morning.  He showed up with the crew when he said he would and stayed there through the whole job.  He worked right alongside everyone else.  It was quite a large job that he said would take about two days.  They finished right when they said they would and we were able to use the driveway by Wednesday.  The quality of the work is execellent and I would definitely use them again.
