Excellent. Labinot Macastena, the owner and contractor is trustworthy, honest, professional, accommodating, reasonable pricing. All the tile work is gorgeous. His staff especially his expert tile installer, Julio, and the contractual plumbing, electrician, painter all top notch. Without question, I highly recommend Versa-Tile for kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

I had gone to two contractors before calling Versa-Tile and was nearly ready to give up.  The floor to be tiled was in a very small powder room so it clearly wasn't a priority with those two companies. 

Then I called Versa-Tile.  They came to the house to do an estimate within 2 business days and, because my schedule was quite short,  installed the tile 3 days later despite their very busy pre-holiday schedule. The estimator suggested improvements in my plan in order  to make the tile more symmetric in the room--a big improvement!  The price for the installation was very reasonable--less than half the estimate given me by another provider--and they agreed to work within my (now short) schedule.  The installer showed up promptly, was very professional, and did a terrific job with the tiles.  It was clear that they take pride in their work.   I am thrilled with the work they did and the attention paid to this very small job.   Clearly they use the same care and quality with the very small jobs as they would with a larger, more typical one.  I would recommend this company highly to anyone looking for a tile company, this was a very positive experience.    Outstanding work!

Versa Tile & Stone has an exceptional selection of tiles and stone options at a very reasonable price. However, their real value lie in the exceptional customer service provide. Theresa has very good knowledge of the varied products and was adept at directing us to the right tile at the right price. Lab, owner/operator, was equally as customer focused and provided invaluable insights and "tips" on how to have a successful  installation.  With the help of Versa Tile, we remodeled our kitchen and master bath.  Versa Tile & Stone, great product, great price, great customer service.

Both Deb and Tersea are very knowledgeable and have design instincts that we like.  Second project with them.  First was 2009 small bathroom/shower.  New owners in March 2015,  but same staff.  Good price (we did comparisons), good communication, timely delivery.  New owner went above the norm in getting the tile to us.  Highly recommended.

I have used VersaTile and Marble for two home projects already.
The first time was for selection, layout and installation of tile for a whole master bath renovation.
Their in-store designers were very helpful in suggestions for the best type of tile...and also for planning the layout design, choosing grout colors etc. It was all a bit overwhelming..and they really helped to guide me through the process.
Most of all, they were very patient in the many times I came into the store (to look once again!) or compare another color.
The installers were super. They were very careful to be sure I was totally happy. They would take the time to layout the pattern, and were flexible enough to even accommodate some last minute changes (grout color).
The other project was a kitchen update with new subway tile back splash...and a beautiful granite counter top.
Everything went great....

For more decisive people, selecting tile might be a quick and easy decision. However for me, it was a very slow process. Thank goodness the people at Versa-Tile are so helpful and pleasant. I visited the showroom a number of times and each time was treated with courtesy and patience. Most of my conversations were with Deb and Emily. They listened as I described the look I wanted and made suggestions not only for the basic tile and accent tile but also for the final tile design. They encouraged me to take tile samples home to see how they looked in my bathroom. As it turns out, this is a crucial step because the florescent lighting of the showroom was very different from the natural light in my bathroom. What looked tan in the showroom looked peachy at my house - not the look I was going for. In the end, with their help, I selected tile that looks absolutely wonderful. I would definitely go back for any other tile projects and would recommend them to others based on their friendly service and varied product lines.

The job they did was great. I had actually another company do the remodel. The tile was exactly as what we ordered. I had a designer who did a very good job of picking colors, sizes and styles. I had a very good experience with them. The product was excellent and they were very friendly. I would rate them high overall. In terms of price, I can't remember a comparison.

Versa-tile had a wide variety of tiles and also had a decorator on staff who helped us determine exactly how we should go about choosing tile. With her help, we chose a beautiful tile in the price range our contractor had given us for both floor and shower, and picked out a smaller mosaic to be used for a listello in the shower. Versa-tile also helped us pick a new choice for the listello when the distributor was unable to provide our first choice. Having the decorator on staff to help choose tile made a huge difference in our experience. We ended up very confident in our choices and delighted with the end product.

We stopped in to look at tile and ended up also looking at granite remnants for our vanity top. We saw a number of beautiful remnants and chose a spectacular rusty burgundy with lots of movement. They offered us a nice price on it and, since we had already fallen in love with the stone, we decided to go with it. Our contractor handled the coordination and also made sure that everything was as it should be. There was a minor problem that the company came out and corrected quickly, and we are very happy with the results.

They were very good. There were some problems with the countertop but they have agreed to fix them. They have been very responsive and punctual. I feel that they are very honest.

The staff here were very friendly and very helpful. We had been struggling over design choices and they gave us advice and let us bring in samples of our cabinets and granite and laid everything out, providing all kinds of options along the way. We shopped around to a handful of other stores, and while Versa-Tile was not the cheapest, they had a great selection, including the tile we liked best. They gave us a discount on the tile because we were buying our granite countertops from their sister shop (Versa-Tile Marble and Granite, see my other review on them). When we picked up the tile for the backsplash, by the time we got home, we had a message on our answering machine that said they discovered they had overcharged us for the bull nose tile and had already processed the refund to our card, and they let us return unopened boxes. All the staff, including the owners, are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We'll likely be going to them again soon, when we remodel our master bath.

We discovered that they incorrectly charged for a cook top cutout ($150). On the day of installation, one of the owners said he'd make sure it was taken off the final bill, but it wasn't. Spoke to sales rep about the charge. She faxed me a note saying that since she offered us free edging, an upgraded sink, and a radius cut (at no additional charge), that we got a "pretty good deal" and she didn't think they owed us the $150 back. After speaking with the co-owner at their sister tile shop (GREAT people there!), he came to see the work and gave us the credit and an additional discount on tile for our backsplash. All in all, we're happy with the end product but not with the additional hassle. Grades for this project were a tough call; we feel they reflect an average between the initial and final results, which were quite a mixed bag.

I realize that I should have double-checked it when the installer arrived at my home, so I do take some responsibility also. But I had heard such good things about Versa Tile that I didn't think I had to do so. Mr. Lowell Broderick at the store issued a credit to me for $223.86, as well as having switchplates painted to match free of charge. So I feel the people at Versa Tile were genuinely sorry for the mistake, but the fact is that I had to pay $362.66 for the tile plus $550 for installation, and I don't have the tile I ordered on my wall. I lightened it by rubbing artist oil paint into the tile and sealing it. It looks nice, but I don't know if that will hold up and it can never be scrubbed. I would do business with them again, but would definitely pick it up myself and check it against the order myself!

Visited their showroom at the suggestion of my contractor to select tile to be used. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful in my final selection of the tile. Took time to explain the different grades of ceramic tile and suggestions re color to match my kitchen cabinets.

They were on time. They did the job in the window of time they said it would take. The granite was cut properly and installed beautifully. I would definitely use them again

THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, NEAT APPEARANCE, CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
