I was promised 5 men to move and got 4. They didn't wear masks during a pandemic. They were rude cussing in front of my nieces and nephews. It was a local move of about 40miles and I had over a dozen items broken, damaged, or missing! They did not wrap any furniture in plastic or padding. I have video of them throwing my water bottle on the floor and dumping water everywhere. Another video of where Ryan unplugged the camera and then I find it in the middle of the floor. Which the camera was on a window ledge NOT on furniture so that it would NOT be in their way. So there was no reason for them to touch the camera. They were negligent, disrespectful and then refused to move more items claiming that my things were "too dirty" to move. I will be attaching pictures to show the items left behind were not dirty. Basically they left me with half my items in one house and half in the other and then want to be paid in full when I was left in chaos and had to hire someone else to finish the job. When Ryan refused to move my bedframe because it had too many parts for them to deal with, I said that is my master bed I will need that to sleep his response was, "That is not my problem." I have texted and emailed their office, their manager and the owner for over a month and had NO resolution. Then, after 2 months since the move they just randomly decided they would charge my card. They also tricked me. They brought over an ipad to me (about 1 hour into the move) and said they needed me to sign for which insurance I wanted, and then sign for several waivers. One was for a stand alone freezer and the other was for my antique piano. When they hand you the ipad the screen simply says sign here, there is no writing about what you are signing for other than what they verbally told me. I signed several times and then questioned why were there so many signatures needed if it is just 2 waivers and insurance? The guy responded that it is just how it is for waivers. I have used 2 men and a truck before but not this specific Gambrills, Md location. My previous experience was amazing, and my sister had used another franchise location and had a great experience. So I trusted this company. At the end of the move I received a receipt that showed me signing for: Load: A final walk through has been completed and all requested items are loaded on the truck. Packing release: I have inspected the area/rooms to be packed/prepped and verify all services are complete Unload: A final walk through has been completed. All items have been removed from the truck and all moving services are completed. Truck release/trucks - I have inspected the truck in which my items were transported. I verify all items have been removed from the truck. Two men and a truck is not responsible for missing items should you elect not to inspect the truck. Damages: All items have been received without visible damage except as noted on shipping documents. And apparently a signature authorizing payment in full. Which makes NO sense when I clearly was texting throughout the move that I needed to discuss the bill with them and since the move (for over a month) making it clear I did NOT agree to the final bill due to the lack of services I received so why would I sign at the end I would pay when I made it clear I wasn't?? I also made it clear in text messages that NOT everything was getting moved, so why would I sign for it stating that all requested items are loaded on the truck? Clearly they weren't, my texts and emails show that. The only reason those items are signed is because they were signed at the beginning before those things took place, and because they told me it was for waivers and insurance. They didn't show me the screen showing details it was just a signature page. They are extremely deceptive, and negligent in their handling and disrespectful and rude to their customer. They have refused to work with me on the bill, and will only handle damages once the bill is paid in full. But won't work on the bill at all.

Several holes in my drywall and ceiling and dent in furniture, broke a lamp, and non-responsive to claims and repairs. Then tried to charge me extra. Couldn’t even get one of my pieces of furniture out of the basement
