Let me first start off by writing that Scott Smolen is unequivocally the best realtor in the area, bar none! Scott represented us as buyers during a very difficult time in our life due to a natural disaster that affected our family during the sale of our house in Florida. Scott’s expertise, attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate market literally saved us from unscrupulous sellers and their agent. Scott put our family first and single handedly protected us from a potentially financially devastating situation. Scott was always available and spent countless hours helping us find the perfect home at a bargain price during a time of very tight inventory. Scott’s nearly 20 years of real estate experience is essential in an area with numerous pitfalls because he’s seen it all! He has the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness which is integral when buying or selling a home. I really can’t say enough about Scott and I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs!!
