I arrived early just after the store opened. I was the only customer at that time. Shopping for a mattress is like buying furniture in that the list price is somewhat fictional since there is almost always a sale. The mattresses were on sale and although I didn't have the sale price for every mattress there, I knew the ranges of the sale. After looking around at some beds,I spoke again to the sales person and received some suggestions in my price range. I liked one of the suggestions. The sales person gave me the selling price and waived any delivery fee. Most mattress retailers deliver free anyhow.I bought the mattress. During the payment process the wrong mattress appeared on the order form (hence the ding on professionalism) The mattress I had bought actually cost slightly more than the price quoted to me, which was the price of the wrong mattress, however the sales person gave me the lower price, which was below the advertised price. The salesperson said it would be delivered the next day and sure enough I received a call early the following morning asking when I would be available that day. The mattress arrived when they said. End of story.
