Our overall experience was great. Mike was very professional, thoughtful and curtious. He put cones next to wall corners and the railing posts making sure not to scratch anything with the hose and wore shoe slippers while cleaning making sure not to add any more dirt to the carpet. We had black spots underneath the doors that I tried getting out with our own steam cleaner but we could never get it clean. With mike's equipment he got those spots right out and explained to us that the spots can be caused by burning to many candles (which im guilty of). We really appreciated his professionalism and advice. The price was right and we felt good that his products are "green" and safe for our pets.
