Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
I love the cherry wood cabinets and the Silestone countertop. There were problems with some of the supports and measurements with Kitchen Design. The refrigerator space was not correctly measured. I had already brought it home and had to go back to Sears to see if they had one that would fit. The counter started to pull away from the island because they hadn't supplied enough support. There was a problem with the person in charge who may have been inexperienced and did not follow up. One of the cabinets wasn't flush with a wall and they had planned for one to be in front of the hot water baseboard which of course, was unacceptable. Perry Hall had to make all of these corrections. I have to give them an a for the quality of the cabinets and counters.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Shoddy work, terrible service, tremendous work delays, greatly exceeded estimated cost, uncooperative, not responsive, made huge messes and never cleaned up after themselves. Used our dining room furniture as step ladders and got it covered in paint and drywall. I would not recommend Kitchen Design Studio to anyone. Worst home improvement experience I've ever had.
