Saw an advert on Coleman's website for a new motorcycle. Responded by email asking for quotes and I heard from them in less than two hours. Eric, the salesman, spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me talking about the bike and others like it that might suit my needs. I came in the following Saturday and he showed me a few bikes that would suit me. Didn't try to oversell me or to load me up with unwanted accessories. He did show me one item that I would need, and got me a great price on it. All in all a great experience.

My lawnmower was guaranteed for three years and my transmission started slipping three years and one week after I bought it.  I took it in to see what they could do for me even though it was a week out of warranty and they said there wasn’t anything.  He wasn’t even apologetic about it, he just said there was nothing he could do.  I asked if he could contact the regional service manager but he never got back to me saying that he did.  I will never buy another Honda product as long as I live.
