Title Companies
Claire Buechner and her team completed the title work for my home refinance. This was complicated by the fact that I was buying out my husband (soon to be "ex") and so needed adjustments made to the deed. The company stayed on top of things throughout. They contracted with an attorney to make sure the deed work was done properly, which made me feel much more comfortable. We settled at a mutually agreeable location for the settlement (they will travel to make things easier for you) to make things easier as my husband had to be there to sign some of the paperwork. Everything was explained at settlement and all the paperwork was in good order and accurate. I've refinanced before so am familiar with the process and this was a great experience.
