They have always done a good job washing my car. However, the last time I went there my cup holder was damaged. I didn't realize this until I left the property. I emailed customer service who responded. They offered to replace the cup holder for $127.00 (as usual, car part prices are out of line).

Ultimate Car Wash - the works, inside and out! Car looks and smells great and stays that way for a long time. It's worth it to include the wax!

It went well. I enjoy going to the Auto spas on a Saturday. It is very clean, the personnel are professional and they offer snacks. I always tell people to go get their car cleaned at the Auto Spas in Gambrills.
