"Hello, I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience; that said, we cannot find a record of you in our files. We sometimes are mistaken for other local veterinary offices. Also, we do not have male providers and only one male employee who is not involved with the medical side. Again, I am sorry about your latest experience, at the vet's, a new puppy should be a source of exhilaration not irritation. Good luck in the future. We brought the cat to the vet, the doctor had all the paperwork necessary to give our newly adopted cat her baseline vaccinations. The vet was very kind to our cat and very helpful getting us set up with appointments for future vaccinations.
I dropped my dog off on Friday. The staff was so pleasant and kind. I brought my dogs food for the week and treats.
I called at the end of the week and told them I was picking up my dog a day early, which was not a problem.
When I picked my dog up, he was happy. He smelled great too! This was the first time I had the clinic take care
of my dog while I was gone, I will certainly be using them in the future! I am very happy and confident that my dog
was very well cared for!
The exam room was very nice and clean. The room also had a tablet mounted on the wall which read "For Client Use". My 5 year old noticed that pretty quick and sure enough, there were kid friendly pet apps already installed on there for entertainment. The vet technician was the first to greet us in the room and she was very personable, all smiles, and went out of her way to interact with our puppy and my 2 kids. She also explained in detail what would be done at this appointment and answered questions I had.
The veterinarian was nice and thorough. She explained the testing that was being done, shots and their purpose. There was never a push to sell unnecessary services.
One of the best parts, at the end of the appointment, they sent us home with a "take home bag". The bag had coupons for puppy needs, Frontline Plus, Heartguard, a scooper for dog food which also turns into a clip for the dog food bag to keep it closed, toothbrush and paste for the teeth, and a squeaker toy.
The price of the service was a little higher than their normal check up rate but I also purchased a dog shampoo and our puppy's fecal tests came back positive for a bacteria so we also had to purchase the antibiotic. The price does include the 5% off coupon I printed from Angie's list. After talking to a few other people, the price of this check up for her age was right on target with others, however the others did not offer the kid friendly atmosphere and the take home bag. I would definitely recommend this place.
