Dennis and Nila Nielsen provided excellent carpet repair and stretching service in my home. They truly set the standard for courtesy, professionalism and craftsmanship. Dennis and Nila are "old school" craftsman who show pride in their work. They are prompt, neat and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

The end product was top notch. I hadn’t done anything with my kitchen and living room wood floors for 10 years and they were a mess. Dove Floors arrived on time and worked hard all day. The floor in the kitchen especially with high traffic looks amazing! The carpet in the tv room also hadn’t been cleaned in a few years and after Dove cleaning it looks brand new. I highly recommend this husband and wife team.

Excellent! They did a great job cleaning the ceramic tile and grout. It was really dirty after years of traffic and now looks great. The couple was at our house for about 3 hours. Highly recommended.

Dove Floors was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job! I had our church's basement vinyl floors waxed and polished and the floor has never looked better. Dove Floors also performed a deep clean of several classroom carpets and the office area rug. All services are provided by the husband and wife who are very professional, prompt, courteous, and provide excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company for any of your household or commercial floor cleaning needs!

I called Dove Floors on a Saturday and Dennis answered! I told him I had a basement carpet about 250 sq ft that needed cleaning. We use our basement as storage. My cats had decided certain places were their litter boxes. The stench was bad especially in one corner. I tried to do some spot cleaning, and quickly realized I needed a professional! Dennis quoted me a price that included use of an enzyme to deter the cats from reusing the carpet. He then turned me over to Nila who scheduled us for the next Wednesday. We had moved everything except a recliner and bookcase from the basement and were also in the process of replacing all the drop ceiling tiles. Dennis and Nila showed on time professionally dressed .I showed them the basement and specific heavily stained carpet. the Although I had just finished vacuuming, they vacuumed the carpet and got to work. Dennis pulled up the carpet in the stained and odorous corner to treat the pad and bottom of carpet. The cats had scratched the carpet from the wall and Dennis put it back in place. All the stains are either gone or significantly decreased. It is an old carpet and the cat elimination was probably there for a couple of years. But more odor!! The best part was the carpet was dry enough to start moving things back in the room! I would definitely recommend and use Dove Floors again!

I needed to get a rental property ready for sale & asked Dennis & Nila to "do the works" on the entire home. Well, they did. AND it was fantastic! By the time they were finished, every floor and bathroom looked brand new. There was some rips & frays in an area where the carpet & Hardwood came together. Dennis went to work, totally repaired it and it looked fantastic. I have used Dove Floors for over ten years on three different homes, including repeatedly on my personal one. That has around 4,000 sq ft of hardwood that they have cleaned and polished for me many times in those ten years. They, also, do a tremendous on the tile. I could not speak more highly of their integrity and quality of work.

Before putting my house on the market my realtor advised me to wash the carpet. I had used the traditional Stanley Steamer folks I used in the past and was very disappointed by the remaining wet rug after the service. They claim it takes "less than a day" to dry. That's a lie. If you want clean, dry carpets done right, these are the right people to call. Prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonable. When they were done with the carpet I asked if they did tile, and so they cleaned my kitchen floor, including something special for the grout. Halfway through the cleaning I was able to compare the before and after effect. Impressive difference! My home floors look like new. Really!

Dennis and Nila of DOVE FLOORS recently restretched and cleaned our carpets. Since we have very expensive carpets I was afraid for years to have them wet or steam cleaned. When talking to Dennis he explained their dry cleaning method in detail which is called HOST DRY CARPET CLEAN. The following week we scheduled an appointment and had the carpets throughout the house restretched and cleaned. Several inches of carpet were removed without any rug patterns changed. We were thoroughly impressed. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. And the carpets turned out great and look good as new. We would highly recommend DOVE FLOORS!!!

They were very professional and explained the products they were using and answered any questions we had. I was very pleased at the way my carpets turned out. I have really bad allergies and was pleased that after it was done I did not smell anything but freshness and they are organic which no chemicals are used .

The carpet is dry and clean, there is no scent of mold, the carpet is clean.

Dove Floors uses the Host dry extraction method for cleaning carpets. In the past I've tried Chem-Dy and traditional steam cleaning. I decided to try Host because I could not afford the down time associated with wet carpets from steam cleaning and wanted to use a more environmentally friendly cleaning method. I was impressed by all facets of the service from the beginning to the end. My phone calls were promptly returned, Dennis and his partner Nila showed up on time, did a careful walk through of the areas to be cleaned, advised on two small spots that might not come completely clean due to the soiling. The carpet in the first room was dry by the time the second room was finished and the second room was dry within an hour. Both carpets were bright and looked almost new and the spots were gone. I was really pleased there were no offensive chemical smells or perfumes. Overall, I was impressed by their service and product and will be using them again.
