 + -1 moreOutstanding. Ms. Graves took the stress out of selling a house. She has an extensive background in real estate and new home sales. With that said, she knew exactly what to upgrade in the house and prior to listing --she properly "staged" the home. It was just beautiful! Additionally, Ms. Graves took detailed photos of the house and listed out on the website. From start to finish --excellent professionalism and dedication to helping me sell my home.
Description of Work: Bonnie Graves is a Real Estate Broker and is the founder of Star Home Group Realty, LLC. She made selling a house stress-free from the beginning. Ms. Graves came to my house in November 2011 and provided me a formal packet of information pertaining to selling a house. The packet was very useful and helped me prepare for the sell of my house in Summer 2011. Additionally, she conducted a market analysis of homes for sale comparable to my home and included this in her formal packet. Very detailed report which was very impressive. Ms. Graves worked with me and provided suggestions on how to make the house seller friendly. One biggest project was updating the kitchen. Once the house was ready to be placed on the market, Ms. Graves actually came over and "staged" my house. Very impressive and demonstrates her true dedication in helping me sell my home. She was always readily available by phone or by email to answer questions and/or provide additional guidance. I recommend Ms. Graves without hesitation and would use her again in the future to sell or help me buy a home. Note: I left the cost 0 as it was based on the sell of my house --Because she is a broker, it was less % than a traditional realtor. A true professional!!!!!!!!!.
