The installation price was fairThe initial guys doing the sanding and staining were unprofessional and left bubbles and imperfections in the finish. The floors had to be re-sanded and stained. David, our Bay Country Salesman and Advisor, was great!

Excellent service, workmanship, and transparency! Louis was wonderful to work with and so responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, flexible, and nice! The price was competitive; this company is totally transparent - no hidden surprises. The crew manager, Nixon, was very knowledgeable and greatly helped find a solution to fix our un-level & bumpy concrete basement floor, and his crew was awesome too; the prep work (we had quite a bit!), the installation (and cleanup!), and results were outstanding. They installed our entire church basement with LVT - 5 classrooms, hallways, huge fellowship hall, steps area, and closets. HIGHLY highly recommend - no question about it!

The results were better than expected. There is only a slight noticeable difference between the old floor and the new floor; they did a great job.

Fantastically - came out right on time for the estimate; we selected the flooring and they scheduled the installation for a convenient time for us. The installation crew should up on time and worked hard and carefully - perfect installation and absolutely no damage to walls furniture. Very professional, courteous and excellent workmanship. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family!

Absolutely fantastic experience . David arrived right on time to measure our basement , and within two business days our carpet was installed . The price was very fair and the carpet was exactly what we wanted . The installers also arrived right on time , and were very clean and courteous . Once they were done , you would have never known they were there . 
We had three estimates prior to contacting Bay Country Floors , and their price was the best . We will only use this flooring company for future purchases and recommend them highly .

David Brown at Bay County is very knowledgeable and the installation team did a professional job. David educated us on the latest flooring materials and we bought a linoleum tile that is much better than the tong-and-groove flooring we originally were planning on getting.
The installation crew of 3 guys were workhorses. They did not stop working for the 3-4 hours installation. They really know what they are doing and every detail was done perfectly. No go-backs required.
Bay County is definitely worth using for this type of flooring job.

The work was done in two phases, because they had to work around my grand piano!  They did a great job overall and were friendly and professional.  They are early birds, so be sure to ask them what time they plan to arrive so you can be ready for them!  It makes sense to get an early start so the polyurethane can dry during the day. We moved into our basement during the process.  It might be better to spend the night elsewhere if you can't stand the smell of the polyurethane.  It was pretty intense.  I'm am enjoying my new floors, though and it was worth it. 

The Bay Country Team was very respectful of our property and of us.  They worked quickly and did a great job.  They put up protective barriers to protect the other rooms and the bookcases from dust and damage.  We are very pleased with the service, the cost and the results and recommend them highly.

The workers came in and removed our old carpet and linoleum. All this was done well. 99% of the work was done perfectly. One of the nosing pieces was broken and tried to make it look like it wasn't. To be honest it fooled us at first. We didn't see it until later it until later that night. We contacted the salesman we dealt with from the beginning via email and phone a myriad of times. He promised gave us three different appointments, when someone would be around to fix it. Not once did anyone show up to fix the mistake. It's quite frustrating. Finally in July (when the service was done in early April) someone came and fixed the nosing. It now looks absolutely perfect. Had this been corrected quickly, I would have given them an overall A.

Professional and friendly/family oriented business.  Walked into store was greeted immediately and worked with one of the service professionals who listened and directed me to exactly what I needed.
Scheduled estimate for that next day.  Had estimate sheet within a week.  Unfortunately due to my job I had to relocate and was unable to utilize their service.  
I would highly recommend this company.  They are absolute professionals and their store has a multitude of different types of flooring needs.  They will work with you based on your budgetary and flooring needs.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went to three different vendors and they had the best. They installed carpet and hardwood. Easy to work with. Came out when stated they were in  a timely matter, Made it retain to the house, used the services again. Installed carpet in the master bed immediate service. Pleasant

I have a split-level home that had existing wood floors in the kitchen with carpeting throughout the rest of the house. I decided on installing wood floors in the upstairs living room, hallway and upstairs/downstairs steps. I solicited quotes from three other companies. One of my neighbors used Bay Country previously and he was happy with their work. I spoke with Dave Brown and he came out to my own to measure. My wife stopped by the showroom a few days later and picked the type of wood we wanted and signed the contract. The price was higher than two of the other quotes, but I liked the fact a neighbor gave them good marks.
Bay Country uses a contractor to do its installed (Floor Masters, Inc.). Miguel and another installer showed up on time. They did a very good job on the install. They were careful not to damage the walls which we just had painted. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. 
Overall I was very happy with my experience with Bay Country and their install partner.
