The technician was very courteous and professional. He sought after the problem and discovered it ,fixed it, and put back the dirt and grass as though it was never dug up EXCELLENT SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FIRST

This will be my last time using this company. They show up with one worker on a 2 person job, stretch out the job for 2 hours and than have to reschedule to finish the job, and require you to pay more. Use another company who cares about their customers.

They were fast, and since I was paying for their services by the hour, their quickness saved me money.

My favorite 2017 home project was handled very professionally. Mike was easy to speak with and his team was fast and friendly. The equipment/devices they installed are user friendly and from a trusted brand.

This rating is a five years late but still important because I still you their services. I've had my in ground sprinkler system installed in the summer of 2012. The work was done in one day and everyone was professional and courteous. To this day I'm very happy with my decision. Atlantic Lighting & Irrigation comes out twice a year to service the system. My lawn looks great!

While they weren't the least expensive, they were moderately priced. Permits, Plumber and Parts were ALL included in the price. One "Low-ball Bid" that I got, did NOT include the "Plumber and Permit" fees, so don't "Assume" they do. Because of past, very negative experiences with contractors who offer very low bids on work to be performed, I chose the "Moderately Priced," all-inclusive one for this task, and they performed BEAUTIFULLY! I still can't see ANY traces of where they buried the irrigation pipes, although I know the pattern they used. The Job Supervisor and his Crew were courteous, professional and accommodating, in recommending "Sprinkling" direction and distances. When they were through, they cleaned up and even "Re-seeded," where necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Life is about redemption. The ability to admit that mistakes were made, not just by the seller, but by the consumer as well. So this review is about setting the record straight for Atlantic Irrigation. Shortly after I posted a scathing review here, I was contacted by a young lady named LuAnn Lumsden. She informed me that the Owner Dianne Flurry had read my note, and wanted to reach out to me. I appreciated this gesture, since as the owner, I understood Ms. Flurry's plight in trying to make good on an unfortunate situation. Ms. Flurry did just that, in refunding the trip fee I paid, and offering me some free services to my new Irrigation System. I'm just getting around to typing this because of some personal time constraints, but the people of Atlantic Irrigation are Top Notch. Too often we only want to report the bad news and not the good. The thing that drew me to Atlantic was their knowledge of Irrigation Systems, but also the passion Mike Hanley had for his work. It actually blew me away. So when you set the bar so high on the initial interview, it's a really high bar to clear, and that's what Mike did. I truly regret, instead of communicating with the company, having to write a review that may have tarnished their reputation. I love my new Irrigation System. I can control it from anywhere, and my neighbors LOVE that I now have grass this late in the summer! Thanks again Ms. Flurry and your team. I appreciate you reaching out to me and making it all good.
