The bathroom tiles in our 1960s bathroom shower were literally falling off the wall. I contacted Home Advisor and was honored to be introduced to Michael Minietta. Michael is a visionary. He completely transformed our bathroom into a sanctuary significantly improving our quality of life. His carpentry skills are second to none and he can fix anything. Michael is extremely clean, trustworthy, talented and knowledgeable. He is pleasant and always has a positive outlook. Michael has become an extension of our family. Mike and his crew are top notch. We started bathroom renovations April of this year and was completed in August. We have a 150 Victorian and did not know what kind of challenges Mike and his crew would come across. We completely renovated the two existing bathrooms and he was able to create a new third bathroom. We worked very closely together to make this a smooth renovation. Every step of the way, he kept in touch with us. We were just not contractor and client, but it was a true partnership. We will be working on another project with him next year, there is no other contractor I would even consider working with. He and his team are exceptional.

I hired Mike for a large renovation on an older, newly purchased home. This included siding, windows, gutters and door on the exterior, complete kitchen and bath renovation, removing walls, electrical changes, new drywall, enclosing porch and renovation to become laundry, painting, etc. From start to finish he and his crew were always professional in every way and also very helpful with ideas on how to accomplish what I wanted on a limited budget. Any renovation project can be disruptive and stressful especially while living in the home, and Mike was always considerate of my experience as well as the job at hand. I found his pricing and value for his services to be reasonable especially considering the quality of the work. Mike and his team were very professional from the negotiations to establish the work to be done, working within schedules that were suitable for each of us over several months, to providing a top quality finished basement with constant personal attention throughout. Five county inspections were required and all went well the first time.
