Excellent!

After I chose a brand and grade of carpeting, Ted brought samples to the rental unit so the tenant and owner could examine them in that lighting.  He makes valuable suggestions as to grade, padding and color.  The actual installer came right on time and did a great job.  I've been using Airpark Carpet for more than 20 years because I know the value is there.

Ted was great. He helped select good colors and types of carpet for my three rooms. I didn't realize how long the usual turn-around time was, but he worked with me to get the job done in time for my mother's visit. The installer was exceptionally pleasant and reliable. He gave me a couple of "extras" for free, including binding the remnants for me so that I can use them in my laundry room. He was very personable, and he seems like one of the "good guys" in the world!

In the store, Ted efficiently and pleasantly helped me to select quality carpet at a good price. He and his installers were cooperative in working around my schedule, which was tight because of other work I was having done in our home. Even though a hurricane was predicted on the day scheduled for the carpet installation and many offices in the area were closed, the Airpark Carpet crew came and did the installation as scheduled.
In addition, upon hearing that I was having some problems with a contractor, Ted helped suggest other names of reliable and competent builders and suppliers whom he had worked with in the past. I have hired people he suggested and things have gone much more smoothly since then. I am very grateful.
If I could give an A+ rating instead of just an A to Airpark Carpet, I would. I will soon be installing new flooring in our kitchen as well, and I will certainly be purchasing it from Airpark Carpet.

This is the third full house of carpeting I have purchased from Airpark Carpet since 1999. Each time we moved and installed new carpeting, this business meets and exceeds my expectations.
The owner is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Just an all around nice, no frills kind of guy. Nothing fancy about his showroom decorating, (needs to be updated) but he has every brand of new carpeting you can find. Obviously, the no frills warehouse-type atmosphere has meant I get better priced carpeting because his quote was a couple hundred dollars less expensive for 150 sq. yards of carpeting as compared to 3 other stores that we checked out in the area. My wife and I appreciated that there was no pressure, up-selling or pricing/games. He also gave us a discount since we were returning customers. We're happy and will be back again.

I called them and Airpark Carpet came out to the house and took room measurements. We went to the showroom and chose the carpet we liked best. They were very helpful in describing the different kinds of carpet and the price levels. We looked at many carpet samples and brought a few favorites home to see how they would look in different light. We made our choice and ordered the carpet. It was installed within a couple of weeks of our placing the order. Airpark worked with us to schedule the installation day at our convenience. The crew they sent out arrived in a timely manner. They were polite and profesional. They did a nice job of installing the carpet and padding. They removed all the old carpet and padding and finished up much more quickly than we anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed the new carpet after installing it. You couldn't ask for a better job. Very well done.

We price shopped and found Airpark Carpet to give us the best value for the money, even over Home Depot or Lowes and other carpet stores in the area. We didn't need upper-end carpet for this area, but didn't want a cheap product either. The owner was extremely helpful, presenting us with several options. He helped us to not 'over-spend' on what we needed for our minimally used basement, and clearly was not more interested in making a buck on a higher-end product. He asked us questions, making our requirements for the living area more clear to us, helping us to make a choice. The installation was performed on schedule as promised. The crew was very respectful of my home during the install, being careful not to bump the walls. The room and floor moldings were freshly painted just 1 day prior to the install; there was not a scrape or scuff mark on any of it when the job was completed. There was no carpeting that needed to be removed, nor was there any furniture that needed to be moved. The carpet installation was performed very well; there were no wrinkles/bumps, seams were unnoticeable, all carpet scraps were removed, all threads were well vaccuumed. A great professional job! Also the installers used by Airpark Carpet seemed to be of high integrity; I felt comfortable with them in my home. Overall, for future purchases I definitely would go back to Airpark. The owner takes the time to help you with your purchases and has a genuine interest to be sure his customers are satisfied. They offer a reasonable selection of products to choose from.

They did an excellent job. When we had a little problem later, they came and helped us fix it at no extra cost. They went above and beyond. They were very helpful, careful, and did high quality work.

Very responsive from the quote stage to installaion. Listened to and accomodated our inputs including updates. Quality workmanship and a timely installation made this job go smoothly. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The carpet selection went very well. Ted Ayoub spent time with me and my color swatches to help determine the best neutral color for the room. He has an eye for color and will spend the time needed to find the right choice. He also directed me toward the best carpeting for a well-used family room that can stand up to my kids! The installers were running late but did the work efficiently and quickly, they helped with furniture moving as well.

The installers were very professional. They were also very neat and showed up on time. The work was very good. The quality of the carpet is great and the price was much better than any home improvement store.
