Zelaya General Contractors was hired by the out-of-state homeowner to repaint the interior of my rental listing in Severn MD. Mr. Zelaya contacted me to gain access to the property for review of the scope of work to provide the homeowner an estimate. He was punctual and understanding about the work needed to get the property repainted promptly so that it showed better and could be rented quickly. There are several things that I liked about working with Mr. Zelaya--he understood what was needed, did what he said he would do in the timeframe provided, communicated regularly, left the work site clean, free of tape, splatters, brush marks and clean sinks and the job was beautifully done with the correct paint to impart a clean finish, reduce show through of natural wall imperfections and brush work. I look forward to recommending his company again for painting and other contracting work.

The response time was very quick and the job started the next day. Very efficient and very good quality work. I’ve impressed with the work ethics and professionalism. They took care of everything from A-to-Z and were very clean. I couldn’t have asked for anything better for this project.

Excellent work from start to finish. Saul is extremely responsive, punctual, attentive to detail. He is very honest with his estimates, and really comes off as that rare contractor that is more interested in doing a great job and leaving a customer happy than anything else. He was originally hired just to do plaster repair and painting. At my request, he brought his electrician in to do some minor updating and installing recessed lighting, his electrician discovered a very hazardous issue with the electrical panel in the house (the house is almost 100 yrs old). Saul was very reasonable in working out the cost for additional work to be done, was willing to take on a number of additional small tasks at no extra charge and delivered the project finished and on the date he originally estimated despite a crippling winter storm slowing things down in the middle of the project. He even sent his guys to shovel the driveway at no cost in order to keep things moving!

Sal was nice, honest, courteous and overall truly professional.  He discovered extra work during the process and brought it to my attention.  He was reasonable in the additional charge.  I couldn't be more happy with the recommendations and quality of work.  I will use him again.
