Land Surveying
The 2 man survey showed up within two weeks of signed contract.
They reconfirmed 2 property points, discovered 2 other mid-property points, and then had to establish the remaining 2 property points.
The entire process took 3 hours.
Within another 2 weeks I received my survey plat.

Land Surveying
Whitmer Associates did excellent work. They were a pleasure to deal with, checking in to ensure that all the necessary details were included in the survey. When time pressures built to get the survey done quickly, they rose to the occasion, despite an already busy calendar, and completed the work. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other surveyors. I recommend them highly.
