Electrician was very professional and completed the job within an hour.  I used this company before to install additional kitchen outlets above the cabinets to facilitate LED under counter lighting.   That job also went very well.

The only issue I have is with the last invoice.  I was told over the phone this job is considered a service call and would cost  $110.00.  The invoice was $175.00 plus parts.

Terrific.  After a home break-in that occurred in our neighborhood, we decided to install some motion lighting around the perimeter of our home for security purposes.  On the recommendation of a neighbor we asked Billy to provide the estimate.  His crew were terrific and installed 5 LED security motion lights around the house - wired through our attic - plus controls for the lights within our home.  After a week - we noticed that one of the lights on the side of the house remained "on" all night if it tripped, and further the motion light above the garage was a bit too harsh in brightness. Since it is the one most frequently tripped everytime we came in and out of the garage we decided to change it from a bright LED to one with adjustable bulbs.  Billy's team came out right away to adjust the motion light sensor on the malfunctioning light, and exchanged the LED light over the garage to a bulb based light.  Their crew even diagnosed an issue I was having with a broken ceiling fan in our kitchen while they were here.

We could not be happier with the results - and feel much more secure with the security lights around the perimeter of our home to compliment the ADT Security system we have in place.  I would hire Wetmore Electric again and we have recommended them to our neighbors.

Problem solved.

It went great. He had two young men who were apprentices: he supervised every move they made.

Great, as usual. He replaced the timer, which he had on order, and asked which color I preferred for the switch, as they now come with 3 colors. Noticing the others in the network were white (they didn't have different colors when I got them originally), he said he'd order (free) replacements for those to match.

Regarding the light fixture, the box was already in the wall from a prior fixture (I re-did a powder room), and even though the fixture is very simple, it wouldn't lay flat against the wall if simply attached to the box ( the gap from the wall would have been about 1/8and quot;, which would have been visible). That was unacceptable to him (and he knew it would be to me) and he re-worked the installation so it is flush.

He then went to install the smoke detectors, and I forgot to remind his assistant when I called that one was high in the foyer and he would need a tall ladder. Not a problem: he used my extension ladder, wrapped the end in a towel (he was going to use his sweatshirt) so it wouldn't dirty the wall, and changed it.

He did the rewiring to move the outlet and put in the new one, tout de suite, and will return when the cabinet is installed and the wires are pulled through with the actual outlet plugs.
Quick, efficient, pleasant, never a problem. There are no problems for William Wetmore, only solutions.

THIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. THE LIGHTS OVER MY FIREPLACE MANTLE ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE DIMMER SWITCH REALLY IS A GREAT FEATURE TO HAVE ALSO.
