carpet installation
 + -1 moreI've had carpet installed before. Hands down, from the initial contact through the install and payment, this has been the best experience I've had. Vic was incredibly personal and leant his expertise and experience toward a great carpeting decision instead of just trying to make a buck (cough empire cough). We had a basement room, a closet and a staircase with a pretty challenging layout to carpet. We went with a nylon loop with a standard 3/8and quot; pad based on Vic's suggestion. We were concerned it might not be soft enough. Vic was spot on with every suggestion. He even saved us money with the order and tossed in a bottle of cleaner to boot. Just a stand up guy and a great company. We were running on a really tight schedule with company staying at our home - they were flexible and managed to get in a consultation at our home, ordering the carpet and the install in about a week. The guys who did the install got their morning and afternoon jobs mixed up but Vic was on it and got them here right in the afternoon. Amazing experience. I will go with no one else when we get ready to replace our upstairs carpet.
Description of Work: Consultation, estimate and carpet install for approximately 300 sqft room plus staircase. The floors were uneven with partial pitted and hole ridden cement and partial laminate tile.
