It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was happy with them. They did a good job and explained everything. He was very quick to respond. He was very professional. + -1 moreGood. Obviously dealing with radon is one of those things you don't want to do, but have to. We ended up having to get remediation done. This company does testing but doesn't do the installation of the fix. That makes sense to me because it seems possible that a company that wants more money could make false results and do un-needed work. I like having the test and the fix be independent of each other.
Description of Work: Placed the two short term radon tests for us, returned for the tests, sent the tests away and gave us the results. Also gave us a long term test to do on our own that could be done after remediation to ensure that the fix was working.

They said they were coming Monday and didn’t show up. Then they said they were coming Thursday and now I got a message that says they’re coming today and I’m not going to be home. He’s giving me attitude like he’s doing me a favor. He also said he doesn’t want to come to my area until he has more work in my area. I even told him that today is the only day I'm not available.

He came to our house and left the meter there for three days. He has to come back for the reading and to pick the meter. Everything gose well and perfect. He explained the whole situation and tolds us what he got from the readig. The result was good, there is no any radon. Which is below the average level and we happy with that. We were really happy with the service. He filled out a report that was clear and concise. They made a second trip to have a second room tested at our request. He noted that a radon reduction fan was installed mid-way down the pipe of the recepticle and it should be higher. He also gave us two alternatives on removing radon from the house - he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

I called them and set an appointment for them to set the devices for radon detection. The rep arrived at the appointed time and date. Two day later the rep picked up the devices. A couple of days after he picked up the devices, I received a detailed report of the findings.

The gentlemen said I did not need a radon service. My reading was satisfactory.
Description of Work: The company called me back about my radon readings and said it was OK. I wanted to test again and he gave me a web site that gave a radon test if you left the devices in your house for up to a year. I got one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The gentlemen was very helpful.
