Our main laboratory mission is to support NEHA & NRSB Radon Testing companies who wish to include professional radon testing with other services (i.e. home inspections) to the general public! Special Home-Owner services are offered! (Not to Home Buyers) - Initial appointment to set equipment takes approx 15 minutes and requires 48 hour monitoring period. Upon retrieval a report will be generated and when you mention Angies List a special $15.00 discount will be applied. (Check will be due with report/minus any Angie offered discount @ www.urstest.com)

United Radon Sciences does own and operate it's own professional Radon testing company ALPHACONTROL.NET This homeowner test service is special service, a set of Ion Chambers will be placed in the home for a very accurate radon test result, onsite in your own home! We will occasionally offer a follow up independent long-term Alpha Track to confirm our results., using professional electronic test equipment & EPA short-term real estate testing protocols

Serviceman arrived in a timely fashion, set out testing equipment. Came back a few days later to retrieve testing equipment. Wrote and submitted report to me.

I give them all A(s). They came out a year ago. They are fine. They were prepaid, it was a deal. It was fine, everything went fine. They are effective and prompt so I recommend them.

It was excellent. He just came and showed me what he will do. He made a report and gave me an explanation about the report. He was very personable, easy going, very helpful in answering any questions.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was happy with them. They did a good job and explained everything. He was very quick to respond. He was very professional. I didn't use him for everything because I used another guy. We were borderline so we went ahead with the abatement. I didn't spend any additional.

Good. Obviously dealing with radon is one of those things you don't want to do, but have to. We ended up having to get remediation done. This company does testing but doesn't do the installation of the fix. That makes sense to me because it seems possible that a company that wants more money could make false results and do un-needed work. I like having the test and the fix be independent of each other.

Came on time. Placed radon sample collector in basement location. Picked it up a few days later and sent to lab. Fortunately no measurable amount was detected.

Their service was good. They came out to provide the services, and they came out pretty quick to provide the services and there were no additional charges. I really did not check others for prices, so I would assume that the price was good, I mean I would give them an 'A'.

He came to our house and left the meter there for three days. He has to come back for the reading and to pick the meter. Everything gose well and perfect. He explained the whole situation and tolds us what he got from the readig. The result was good, there is no any radon. Which is below the average level and we happy with that. We were really happy with the service. He filled out a report that was clear and concise. They made a second trip to have a second room tested at our request. He noted that a radon reduction fan was installed mid-way down the pipe of the recepticle and it should be higher. He also gave us two alternatives on removing radon from the house - he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him.
