Mehdi did a great job installing tile floor and a backsplash in our old kitchen before selling our home. He did it within a week and at a very reasonable cost compared to other providers. Our rec. room carpet had a couple stains since we had moved in years before. I tried several times to remove the stain with over-the-counter stain removers without success.

It was about two weeks of work, and the result looked better than when it was first installed. All was very professionally done. Only one issue was not resolved, and I do not hold them at fault. The concrete floor of the carport was heavily stained from oily substance that seems to embed itself into the concrete. They did everything that could possibly be done, and the next step would have been to remove the surface of the concrete and replace it. I told them they had done enough, and to stop. Most of the cost was covered by insurance, but with a substantial deductible.

The service was great! Terra was very responsive and always followed up to see if we had any questions or concerns. The crew was dilligent, communicated well, and worked very hard. I would aboslutely hire TriServe again. The work turned out just the way we wanted.

The work went great! Mehdi and his crew were punctual, honest, trustworthy. I can't stress how critical it is for me, a young single woman, to find a trustworthy contractor who doesn't upsell or squeeze you out of every last dollar. The end result is TOP NOTCH and - like I said - the TRUST established is immeasurable. I will never use anyone else. In fact, everytime I have an issue with my place, I call them first to see if I can convince TriServe to take the job. I'm their biggest fan! I love this company so hard!!!

The work resting the areas affected was extensive. The workers did their jobs with skill and dedication. I was very impressed with how constantly and thoroughly they worked; nothing casual about it, all business. You just don't see this everywhere. Everything was done professionally, but there was one problem at the end. They were unable to get the concrete floor completely cleaned, so that portion of the work is yet to be completed. I have discussed this at length with the company, and I'm assured that it will be done. The vast amount of the cost was paid by insurance, less a deductible.

Our basement flooded and we didn't discover it until late at night. We called Triserve and they showed up shortly after we called, and did everything necessary to dry out our basement..  They answered the phone quickly and the person that came to the house was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They left the fans/dehumidifiers for a couple days and cleaned up a couple days later.  This was in sharp contrast to another company we called, who said they wouldn't be able to come for at least a day. Can't say enough great things about Triserve-we highly recommend them!

I was out of town. They had prompt service and the woman who answered the phone was awesome. They came in right away and immediately started with the big humidifiers and fans and cleaned everything up. They did an amazing job. They got the entire job done over 3 weeks because we had to reschedule due to weather issues.

We have used Triserve for storm water clean up on two occasions. Both times they took my call immediately, and sent a crew out later that morning. Their crew was very polite and professional. They were able to replace the soaked carpet padding, dry out the insulation in the drywall, and clean/deodorize the carpet. If I ever have the misfortune of a flooded basement again, I will certainly call Triserve.

Triserve was the first company to give me an estimate after my basement was flooded. The person who scheduled the visit was always very professional. In one situation, she had to contact me to let me know that the workmen were delayed. The estimator was very thorough and professional and explained what was required to correct the water damage. He took measurements and pictures of my basement. Within two days I was sent an estimate by email which included what was to be done. After I had dealt with two other companies, it was clear to me that Triserve knew more than the other two. Once I scheduled the work to be done, they placed several moisture absorbent dehumidifiers in my basement for several day to dry out the basement. They returned in approximately 3 days to begin the cleanup. Two men arrived at my home on time and the first thing they did was box up the items I had on shelves. They moved them to another part of the house. They worked diligently and only stopped for lunch, for 4 hours. They had planned to remove just the baseboards and to treat the walls; however, they discovered that mold had spread up higher on the wall. They had to remove three walls of paneling and then cut threw the drywall for 3 feet from the floor in most of the basement, the bedroom, family room, small room, and bathroom, including the closet. They didn't anticipate the at amount of damage, but they informed me that more work was required. I agreed to pay the extra fees and they willingly stayed longer to make certain that the work was completed correctly. They removed the carpeting and pad in the family room, cut the drywall in each room three feet from the floor, removed a removed a book case which was now covered in mold. Bags of damaged items were removed from my basement for pick up by Triserve, however, my helpful neighbor moved the items before they could be carted away by Triserve and the items were picked up by the regular garbage pickup. This was not the company's fault.
On the final day they returned to my house, removed the dehumidifiers and determined that the mold was properly removed and the air was much improved.
Also, their estimate was in keeping with the amount my insurance adjuster indicated.
Mehdi and his two colleagues were very professional and they worked very hard. They allowed me to have the humidifiers longer than originally planned. I also want to complement Lori who scheduled appointments. Whenever the workmen were held up, she called to ask if I could wait for a later arrival. This was extremely helpful to me. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having water damage to your home, I highly recommend Triserve. I was quite pleased.

I was very impressed by the promptness of their service and the attention and professionalism displayed by their staff. The person who answered the phone was very attentive to my concerns.  Despite the multitude of calls she was handling due to the flashing flooding caused by the spring storm, she was able to fit me into the schedule that evening.  The staff that came were both efficient and friendly.  I really want to thank the technician, who worked with me to arrange a time to pick up the fans as well as to come back to repair the rug.  He really worked hard to accommodate my schedule.  He did an excellent job in replacing the rug and steam vacuuming the area and putting back the furniture.   In fact he went above and below and steamed vacumned portions of the rug which were not damaged so that the rug would be uniform in appearance.   I would not hesitate to use their services again .  I have their card and will let others know of their great service.

Triserve was punctual and professional. They squeezed me in during a very busy time. I would highly recommend them for water mitigation. A great company.

After the January cold snap, when many companies had waiting lists of up to a week, TriServe was able to come out the next day. (I guess in some ways you could see that as a bad thing, but I think it's just because they're not as well known.) They worked very quickly, and were flexible enough to work around an awkward schedule (I was out of town for most of their work time, so they had to coordinate with a third party for access to the house). First time I've ever needed this type of service, so I didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy with everything they did. Would definitely use them again.

Our 26 year old son had just bought a townhouse for himself. A week later we had a really bad freeze. You guessed it. A pipe burst. He came home from works out 8:30 to find 3/4and quot; of water as he stepped in the door. To his credit he did not panic, He called us. Dad said call Servepro. They said they could get to him in 3 days. Three days!? Well, we gave him the number for Triserve, Inc. Mr. Trebelsi got the address in Herndon and said he was on his way.
He arrived very quickly, scoped out the situation, took pictures for the insurance company and proceeded to shop vacuum up the the standing water. Our son had had enough presence of mind to turn off the water. Then has it was very late, he came back the next morning to finish cleaning. He put a moisture meter on the walls and ascertained what all had been damaged. He cut out all the wet drywall and left the house ready for our repairmen.
Lets see. Three days or Triserve. You decide. A huge corporation or a immediately responsive, committed local professional. Did we mention they are also the very best and reasonably priced expert Oriental carpet cleaners in the DC area? Plus, they install wall-to-wall carpet and tile. Now this is a resource you need to keep on hand. We do.

We have always have been delighted with Triserve's work and customer service! They have never disappointed us, and instead gone above and beyond! And they are very reasonably priced. It's so rare to find this combination of qualities in a service provider/contractor nowadays!

Contractor arrived with necessary equipment and workforce to complete job in a timely manner.

They came with all the right equipment, were very professional, and gave us honest expectations. They extracted the water, took up the carpet and padding, removed the wet walls, moved the furniture around, placed commercial size dehumidifiers and fans, and disinfected the sewage affected area. This job was a nightmare because it involved other companies to collaborate with, and we ended up having asbestos, and having to dig up the concrete floor. We had to stay in a hotel and rearrange our lives!
Fortunately, Triserve was able to respond to the quick changes and came back with this huge negative air machine to purify the air after the asbestos was removed. Plus, they reinstalled the existing carpet on one floor, installed brand new carpet on another floor, and repaired the walls within a week of the emergency. We finally have our house back to normal. We would not hesitate to call again or tell our friends about Triserve. They were very helpful, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance agency and giving us helpful information, especially about our health.

Let me set the scene. Catered college graduation for our son in our home. Waiter about to serve a glass of red wine when the guest reaches for it. The full glass tips and spills on our Herize carpet...RED wine! I don't panic because I know Mr. Trabelsi will be able to get it out. At least I hope he can. Well, he came that night after the party, took the rug, and brought it back absolutely like new. The spill had been near one corner of the rug, and we honestly couldn't tell on which corner the spill had occurred. A full glass of RED wine! That's amazing. I understand he does all kinds water and flood damage restoration. I'd bet he does an fantastic job. He is very meticulous. He has repaired oriental carpets for us brilliantly (That's another story. Grandchild discovers how scissors work!) and even installed some wall to wall carpet in our basement beautifully. I trust Mr. Trabelsi with all my projects. He is such a nice man - intelligent, competent, professional, responsive and reasonably priced. All in all I consider him a superb resource, one of my best for so many jobs.
