Driveway Asphalt was already. I hired this company to crack fill and seal. Look at the photos. When pointed out after the job, Steve became very irritated. Did not want to continue anymore conversation with him.

The sealing was fine, nothing different from others that I have had seal the driveway, however prior to sealing I specifically asked about several large cracks in the driveway and was guaranteed they would fill and stay sealed, in fact I was told the seal would be good for several years. About 3 weeks after the driveway was sealed the cracks were exposed. I called the company and spoke with the owner who advised someone would come out to take a look. No one ever came to take a look or called me back. I called again and spoke with the woman that answered the phone who was very rude, after we discussed the issues several times she advised her husband would call me - he never called back. So after paying the most I have ever paid for sealing my driveway the cracks that were guaranteed to be filled are exposed to water and freezing and no one has ever called me back or come out to evaluate the problem. Horrible customer service.

They overestimated the area that needed paved, and thus charged double. They prepared an entire area behind a neighboring property (which is still a mess), and I corrected the mistake but didn't realize it affected the estimate. There were a lot of equipment issues and weather delays so I was not present when the work was finished and a neighbor paid on my behalf. Once I realized they charged for twice the area paved, I have been dealing with leaving repeated text messages and emails (the voice mail box is full). I have been promised the overpayment back, but it has been a string of excuses for the last 6 weeks on why they cant come up with $750 to give me back. it should have been $750 based on the square footage actually paved, they charged $1500. The work is okay, but not great - weeds are already growing through.

They did the driveway and after they finished they came up to me and asked for a additional $400 to oilseal the driveway.. Which I thought it was part of the deal since nothing was said at the beginning when i was talking with them about price.. The crew was nice and did a good job.

We were not happy after the driveway was originally seal coated.  An oil-based product was used as opposed to a coal-based product (was not informed beforehand) this left the driveway shiny and all of the imperfections stuck out like a sore thumb, and NONE of the cracks were sealed at all.  I called and complained about the work.  The owner came out, looked at the work that had been done and agreed.  Finally this week the entire job was redone - all of the cracks were properly sealed and the entire driveway was re-sealed with the coal-based sealer.  The owner even offered to refund the money I paid for the inconvenience and the long timeline, which I refused.  I just wanted the job done properly, and now it is fine.  I would use this company again since he kept his word!

A little sealer on a small part of the siding, but over all, excellent price, great work. Thank you.

Triple A Paving was efficient and effective at making us sign a contract, they promised a cutting procedure that would involved a certain part of the driveway and promised they would come back in six months and seal coat it for a discounted rate ($50).

This was written into the contract.

Our experience with Triple A Paving has now deteriorated. They have promised so much but have been unable to deliver on their promises. This experience has continued now for 18 months and they have refused to come out and complete the work. They are now not returning our calls.

This is very frustrating as the contract we signed has been not upheld.

I had a negative experience with them. It was awful. The absolutely worst experience I've ever had. They're unreliable and untrustworthy. They do not stand behind their work. It was just a very bad experience.

Triple-A Paving was in the neighborhood to redo a driveway.  Since the equipment was already there, we asked if they could give us a quote.  We thought the quote was reasonable, so we signed up.  Triple-A came back a month later to put sealer on the driveway.

Very very difficult to get them to actually come and do the job once agreed to it. Very difficult to get them to come back to finish up the work. Didn't tell us about an extra several hundred dollar part of the job that is pretty much needed (sealing the asphalt) until the job was almost done.
