We were extremely pleased with the speed and care with which Titan moved us.
I originally asked Titan to provide partial packing. Then I was furloughed for two weeks before the move, leaving me plenty of packing time. I called to see if they would revise their estimate, and move us a day early, and they were happy to accommodate both requests.
The day of, they showed up right on time with a four-man crew. They worked extremely quickly and carefully to wrap our furniture and some stray floor lamps and pictures. They managed to keep the walls and floors in the house pristine, even though they had to navigate furniture and boxes down 2 sets of staircases with some really tight turns.
At the new house, they laid down plastic to protect our floors from dirt and scuffs, and then proceeded to move every box and piece of furniture to the exact spot we wanted. [Note to future customers: pre-plan your furniture arrangement, because Titan will arrange your furniture however you want.] Again, there was no damage to walls or floors. I found a total of two minor scuffs out of all the furniture they moved for us - barely even worth mentioning.
The price was a few hundred dollars more than a competitor, but it was worth the piece of mind. Working with Titan was also a pleasant experience. The team worked together seamlessly, and they displayed impressive camaraderie and professionalism.

Excellent, A+++! Mario Vega and his assistant, Michael, came out quickly (same day) when another service provider didn't work out. Mario agreed to the do the job on the spot for the price I offered, with no fuss. He and Michael communicated very effectively and efficiently throughout the process, and finished the job on time and with a level of care I wouldn't have expected for simple junk removal task. I highly recommend them for any moving or junk removal job.
