Basically they show up when they want to and do their thing as quick as possible then they leave. There is no conversation about what's needed. If you need anything special or you want to make sure something gets done that may or may not have been specified beforehand, you have to find the guy that speaks English and explain it to him. Then he relays it to the others. Everything is extra because the contract is pretty much just for mowing. I'll give him props on the price for mulching, but then I found that they did an incomplete job. They do not pull weeds unless you ask. They do not clean leaves unless you ask. They do not clean the leaves from your shrubs when mulching. When I called for the leaf cleanup in the fall I got a price over the phone but when they showed up it went up by $80 citing that there were more leaves than expected (he never asked me to authorize the extra cost). Also they really did not finish the job, did not ask if I thought it was ok, and RUSHED to leave my house as quick as possible. I guess they don't know that when you're in a hurry you are surely going to miss something, or they don't care. In summary, this is just another bunch of guys who can cut your lawn poorly, do a lackluster job, and perhaps be cheaper than other services.
