Basically they show up when they want to and do their thing as quick as possible then they leave. There is no conversation about what's needed. If you need anything special or you want to make sure something gets done that may or may not have been specified beforehand, you have to find the guy that speaks English and explain it to him. I had a yearly mowing contract with Tim in 2014. I also asked him to clean up leaves in the fall.
