One of my very new double-paned awning style basement windows was broken by a rock (apparently ejected from a lawn mower at the property across the street).  The company which had provided the windows no longer carried Andersen windows, so I reached out to the company they recommended, TW Perry.  I called and a technician came out to examine and to measure the window and frame.  After about a month TW Perry called to send me a proposal and to schedule installation.  It took three
attempts and a total of three replacement window pane modules because during each of the first two installations one of the panes cracked.  On the second and third visits a supervisor came along with a technician.  On the third attempt the replacement window was installed successfully.  Throughout this entire process the office staff and technicians were always professional, polite, and apologetic for the many months it took to have a successful installation.  I would definitely use this company again.

It did not go well. I placed two orders, one was for 284 feet of wood and the other was for 235 feet of wood. Both orders were delivered to my home with part of the order missing. The first order was missing 58 feet and the second order was missing 48 feet. When I contacted the company to find out where my missing wood was I was told that T.W. Perry had an invoice showing that the missing wood had been delivered both times. This was an outright lie. The two previous deliveries had necessitated a signature. The alleged delivery of the short orders were simply dropped off! Also, it was noted that the second order was stolen out of my driveway (I think that the delivery people were involved), so I was left with nothing. In addition, I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I think that it is a poor company for individuals to do business with since they cater to construction businesses. I will not purchase anymore wood from them.

THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT. THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED. THEY DID PROFESSIONAL WORK . THEY WERE NEAT AND THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
