It was very hard to contact the owner. She doesn't have office so after  chasing her for 2 weeks she answered from her car and finally scheduled the cleaning.

They did a great job. Husband complained a little about things being moved, but that's the price you pay with a professional cleaning service. I wish I could get in touch with them to come back!

In general they were professional and did a good job. However they were a bit late and not able to fully finish the job because they were overscheduled. So given that the cost was high and they did not fully finish the job (also put some items away and I could not find until I had to call), I am giving them a B. But I would call it a B+. They are very responsive.

They arrived on time and cleaned the two bathrooms, the den, the kitchen, three bedrooms and all the hardwood floors in the house.
The is the six time we used them and they have done an outstanding job cleaning our house.  The hardwood floors always look newly done when they leave.

The did the dusting, clean the bath rooms, the kitchen, the bookcase.  They did an outstanding job on the house.  They came right on time. My wife was home and she was very please with the job they done cleaing the house.

Had to make multiple calls or text messages to get the cleaning appointment. She was complaining about the distance to reach the my house in Waldorf. But the deal was available for the Waldorf area and did not understand why she was complaining about !
The job done was just average. I have used professional cleaning services before, compared to that the result did not look like done by a professional cleaner. Also while cleaning the two of them were more talking than cleaning !
Not satisfied and will not use their service in future

I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning  The two ladies arrived on time.  I requested that they clean 3 bathrooms, one bedroom, and mop the main level.  They cleaned my entire townhouse from top to bottom!  I was more that pleased!  Nora and Maria were both very nice and professional.  I plan to hire The White Cleaning Corp. again and I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner, Silvia, was initially very responsive and it was easy to set up the date of my cleaning. However, the two women that she sent to my condo showed up 40 minutes late.  I texted 20 minutes ahead of the agreed upon arrival time to give instructions on where to park. Silvia responded and said she would be about 10 minutes late because of traffic.  They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30, around 8:50 I texted again to see if she was close by.  No response.  I called, no response.  Finally at 9:10, two women showed up (not Silvia herself) with no explanation or apologies about why they were so late.  I understand there's traffic in DC at 8:30am but when you agree to provide a service at a specific time, you should plan for traffic.  Five to ten minutes late, ok; 40 minutes is unacceptable in my book. I wound up being 45 minutes late for work, had to take my own personal time off for that and haven't received an apology or explanation of why they were so late. The cleaning job was fine but it was a simple job cleaning an empty apartment.  Definitely wasn't worth the price or hassle and lack of professionalism.  Won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them.

The service was very good.  Arrived on time, didn't leave early, was willing to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. Very trustworthy, and very good job cleaning!  Would recommend, especially with the angieslist deal price, it is hard to beat!

They did an outstanding job cleaning our. They call me in one day to make the appt.  to clean our. They clean under the beds       the baseboards and our hardwood floors look new when they left.  We are going to use them on the regularly every month.

Silvia along with 2 other staff came right on time and did an excellent and efficient job, it took them about 2.5 hours to clean the entire house which had just undergone some major renovations. And she came with short notice because I asked her on Friday late afternoon to come clean on Saturday at 8:30am. The customer service I have a 1600 sqft town home, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. They cleaned all the bathrooms and  windows. They dusted everywhere, and vacuumed the carpets. They also mopped all the  hard floors and they made my bed and  organized my my desks. I did have some stains on my carpet that I expected them to remove, but I failed to mention that to Silvia ahead of time, so they did not bring the tools and supplies that they use for carpet stain removals. They did a fantastic job!

We really love their services, very friendly and everything is left spotless.

Very trust worthy and very thorough.
