I have used them personally for over 20-something years. The homeowner association I belong to has used them for over 15 years. I think probably the fact that I am on the board of directors has had a lot to do with it. I have to bid them out and I have compared their pricing. It is a once a year service.

We have been using them every year to fertilize and prune our trees and what-have-you. They are a pretty big national company. I have used them for, like, 20 years. I think they are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. I am president of the home owner's association and we have a lot of trees in the neighborhood and there is some kind of virus going through this entire county of Maryland. The county contracted with them to take care of some things so then we decided to contract with them too. They have an excellent reputation. We have been dealing with them since about 2001. There are about 90 trees here. I just know the district manager, John Wright. He has been with them for, like, 20 years. They did not charge us anything for the consult. I think it is because of the nature of the relationship and the years we have used them. They are professional. Problems always arise but the thing is they have a solid management structure so that if a problem does arise you go up the food chain and management gets on top of it right away. It is a professional company and I would recommend them to anyone. I used them in a previous home I lived in. I have been working with them since 1991. I can't think of anything bad about them. Anybody else would have charged us $150 for the consultation. They are a professional company; everybody has cell phones and pagers. They text you if somebody is going to be 15 minutes late. They send email follow ups with hard copy letters. They are on top of things. This is a straight A company. It is not a franchise company.
