+ -1 moreI found this company on the internet. I called to set up an appointment. The company rep showed up at the promised time. He was very professional and left me with a good impression. He told me he would email me a quote the next day, Friday. I was excited to get the quote. The next day came went with no quote. So did the next day. On Monday I sent an email to the company rep asking him to confirm if he did, or did not, intend to submit a quote. In effect, I offered him an easy out if he no longer felt the job was right for his company. The company rep responded quickly, however, he said he would submit a quote later in the day. Now, 11 days later, I still have not received a quote. This was a very disappointing end to a promising beginning.
