Ladies and Gentlemen:
I had a great lawn service for years. They were bought by/merged into Stolburg two years ago, with deteriorated but still acceptable work done largely under the supervision of the guy who was bought out.
Last December I mistakenly made through PNC online bank two-instead of one- Payments of $355 ( an 11th payment for the year instead of 10). I reported this to Stolburg who stonewalled me. Then, I emailed again and was asked for cancelled checks. I sent these and received no response to that or a subsequent communication
Clearly I am out $355, expropriated by Stolburg. Much worse I feel bad for the honest, hardworking guy whose business was taken over by Stolburg, an apparently unethical, sleazy business.
